I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable rest after long days. The atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming. I would like to say a special thank you to Yonnie and Ace for their amazing hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. They were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home from the first day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, with wonderful people who really go above and beyond for their guests.

Our first room smelled so bad due to an issue with their piping. We had to transfer to another room because of this issue. Bathroom was ok, but only had half closure on their shower area -- water tends to spill over the toilet and sink area. Hotel seems like new but the doorknob in the bathroom kept falling off. Stairs going to the loft area was too steep, it made going up and down the stairs pretty difficult -- especially if you have your baggages with you. Food at the restaurant was so-so, i can say try other restaurants. Staff service and cleanliness are 100%!! totally welcoming and accommodating. Hands down to their staff.

it's very clean and a reasonable prices...but some rooms were under maintenance that's why it very noisy outside, we can't have rest and sleep that deep, but we will undestand...

Quizá sea suficientemente justo que el gobierno local cobrará una tasa ambiental por cada adivinado de 50 pesos y esto cubrirá todos los lugares turísticos de Baler (incluidos Ermita Hill y otros que tienen tasas de entrada). Este fondo se utilizará para el mantenimiento, los materiales y el salario del limpiador. Aparta la corrupción para la mejora de Baler. Sólo quiero añadir que la entrada al Museo es demasiado alta.
