Hotel moderno con amplias habitaciones, enfrente del aeropuerto, lo que resulta cómodo para que el está de paso, ya que incluso tiene traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa. Personal amable. Tiene desayuno buffet con bastantes opciones. También tiene un restaurante con buena comida y precios razonables. Lo único negativo, es que la habitación no tenía frigobar y la ventana que daba al exterior estaba sucia, pero son cuestiones mínimas que no afectan a la estadía.

Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

Convenient location, spacious amd cosy room, counter staff Elian & Edgar are well trained and always give prompt response to your requests and queries. Recommended to travellers visiting to Panama City of Panama

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de los principales puntos de la ciudad, por lo que es fácil desplazarse. La habitación está bien, es grande y espaciosa, y el mobiliario es nuevo. La decoración del hotel es correcta, como la de un hotel Holiday Inn normal, más bien orientada a viajes de negocios. También cuenta con una bonita piscina en la azotea. El único inconveniente que encontré es que, debido a los azulejos ecológicos, no hay botellas de agua en las habitaciones. Hay dispensadores de agua gratuitos en el vestíbulo, así que para beber hay que hacerlo allí o comprar agua fuera del hotel. Sin embargo, no hay tiendas cerca, por lo que hay que pagar un precio más alto por el dispensador del hotel o simplemente beber agua en el vestíbulo. ¡Tuve sed durante toda mi estancia! Jaja. Pero lo recomiendo para viajes de negocios.

¡Me encanta este hotel! ¡Ubicación muy conveniente! Cerca del aeropuerto y a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. ¡Me encanta la decoración! Las habitaciones se renuevan constantemente y son muy limpias, cómodas y económicas. ¡El ascensor con ventanales es mi favorito! Los restaurantes y bares del hotel son muy buenos. ¡La piscina es preciosa! No usé el gimnasio, pero tienen uno. ¡Un lugar ideal para parejas o grupos grandes!

Nos alojamos 2 noches, el hotel y la habitación estaban bien. Frente al hotel se encuentra la Av. Balboa, que está muy concurrido día y noche, por lo que se puede oír algo de ruido. Durante nuestra estancia había algunas obras de construcción detrás del hotel, por lo que la piscina (que es pequeña para aquellos que quieran nadar 7/7 m) no es agradable de usar debido al fuerte ruido. El desayuno no ofrece mucha variedad y los productos no están al nivel de un hotel de esta categoría. Por el precio que pagué la relación calidad/precio fue buena, pero vi que también puede costar hasta CHF 50,00 más por noche. Regresaremos a la Ciudad de Panamá al final de nuestro recorrido por el país, pero no al Méridien. Personal amable y competente, buen WI-FI.

At first when we arrived for check in ,they couldn't find our reservation, we had to wait for the receptionist to get on to the manager and sort out the issue , while we waitied we got complementary breakfast ,which was not included in our reservation, this i was very pleased with .. After breakfast we got our room and i must say very clean , spacious n comfortable room .. The staff was so nice and friendly, especially the girl worker .. will definitely recommend..

La ubicación es normal, con plaza de aparcamiento y piscina. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es una unidad de ventana con un efecto refrescante medio. El agua del baño es bastante grande. Los alrededores también son convenientes para comer. Enfrente hay un supermercado de propiedad china que permite comprar con tarjetas.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Casco Viejo, with historic charm all around and just steps from the waterfront, restaurants, and beautiful architecture. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was a bit of confusion about my second day of booking, even though I had paid online. But they handled it with patience and professionalism. Please make sure this hotel gets their money—they truly deserve it. The rooms are artistically designed, clean, and full of character. Every detail—from the artwork to the furniture—felt curated with care. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a big deal in Panama!). The entire property felt like a peaceful, artistic escape from the buzz of the city. If you’re looking for a boutique stay that blends art, comfort, and outstanding service, Art Casco is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!
