El hotel está muy bien renovado, el ambiente y el diseño. Sin embargo, el baño no estaba limpio por completo, ya que había olor defectuoso cuando acabamos de entrar, y el rollo de baño también estaba acabado y no se reemplazó hasta que buscamos más limpio para pulverizar en el baño y reemplazar un nuevo rollo de baño. Tengo que limpiar personalmente el bollo de baño para asegurarme de que no se dejaron hueles. La cama no era muy cómoda, se siente pequeño bedroom hotel, pero comprensible como es un hotel de estilo comercial. Honestamente, por el punto de precio que pagamos no hay nada que quejarse, pero sólo destacar el desventaja para mejorar el hotel.

El hotel es moderno, limpio y muy bien mantenido, lo que le hace un lugar cómodo para relajarse después de un largo día. El personal era muy amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con un sonrisa. El hotel dispone de una habitación muy confortable y con Wi-Fi. El desayuno es agradable con una gran variedad de opciones locales e internacionales, y la zona de comedor es agradable y bien organizada. En general, este hotel ofrece un gran valor para dinero con excelente servicio y comodidad.

Hotel is next to shopping mall and surrounding by commercial shop lots and easy to get any necessities and foods. Room is new and well maintaining. Recommend for any business travelers

Pros: -Staff is helpful & friendly. -Provided TV,water heater, air cond. -Car parking provide at basement hotel. -Fitness center at basement floor. -Walking distance within 1km for hypermarket & food. Cons: -WIFI internet is provided but always request to login access once out of building, hopefully improve it. -Drain water system very slow at bathroom. -Cup did not change when housekeeping after used.

basic hotel at the town, near to restaurant & shops. the best thing is the receptionist was so helpful with the guest request the price was slightly higher compare to the nearby hotels

Beautiful sunset view with good ambiance. Classy swimming pool and a hearty peacefulness. Special thanks to chef who prepared food with care at 6am as my wife is vegetarian and fasting. Thank you for giving the good experience.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.
