Room (#814): 4/5 The room is spacious and well-appointed for a 4-star property, but I have to lower my rating due to visible wear and tear. The toilet paper holder was loose and falling off the wall. Both the shower and sink faucets were leaking and splashing water in all directions, causing water to seep from the bathroom into the corridor and the room itself. Hot water pressure was generally good, with only one disruption during a two-week stay. Toiletries are basic: shower gel, shampoo, and soap. The bathroom lighting is very dim. Wardrobe doors are saggy and do not close completely. The balcony door also does not close fully, so the latch cannot be engaged. While the hotel and island felt very safe (no risk of a break-in), if a neighbour on the adjacent balcony smokes, the smell is distinctly noticeable inside the room. The balcony view itself is pleasant. The in-room safe is spacious enough to fit a laptop easily. A mini-fridge is available but barely cools, and the minibar is empty. Only one small bottle of drinking water is provided upon arrival; guests must purchase any additional water thereafter, which is unusual for a hotel at this level – an odd area of cost-cutting. The air conditioner works efficiently. I found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable and slept poorly. The room is exceptionally quiet – no noise from neighbours or hotel staff. The only sound was a cow mooing in the nearby village in the mornings, which didn't bother me much. Housekeeping does not intrude early; cleaning is conducted discreetly, quickly, and to a high standard. Useful extras included a large beach bag and two umbrellas. There were occasional power outages, lasting from 5 to 30 seconds. Breakfast: 5/5 Breakfast is very good for a 4-star hotel, with a fairly wide selection, though the menu is identical each day except for two varieties of freshly squeezed juice that rotate daily. Fruits are limited to melon, pineapple, papaya, and bananas. Service is attentive and efficient, with plenty of available tables, including many with beautiful sea and beach views. There are never any lines. The only minor drawback: omelets were prepared slowly, likely due to low stove power rather than staff efficiency. Beach: 5/5 The beach is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with sun loungers and umbrellas always available. Hotel staff regularly clean seaweed from the beach. Security guards are always present, so belongings could be left unattended without worry. Beach vendors keep a respectful distance and do not bother guests. The sea is generally clean, although occasional seaweed may drift in. Tides are minimal and do not cause inconvenience. The sun is very intense; sunscreen of at least SPF 50 is highly recommended during the first days. Pools: 5/5 The hotel has two nice swimming pools, both with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available at any time. Guests: The atmosphere is relaxed, mostly attracting couples without children. The majority of guests were from Eastern Europe (Poles, Czechs or Slovaks). I did not encounter any Russian-speaking guests at the hotel during my stay.

Выбрали данный отель с учетом его высокой оценки на данном сайте и не прогадали. Забронировали номер делюкс ( бунгало), очень просторная комната с видовыми окнами, с широкой и очень удобной кроватью, очень большая ванная комната, красивый дизайн номера. Хорошо текла горячая и холодная вода. Работал в номере интернет. На террасе приятно посидеть вечером на диване или в гамачке. Очень порадовал номер, полностью соответствует картинке. Рекомендую бронировать только делюкс ( отдельное бунгало). Рядом с бунгало расположены бассейны, их несколько на территории отеля, несколько минут по тропинке до пляжа. В бунгало тишина, соседей не слышно и не видно, приватность обеспечена. Завтраки, обеды и ужины проходили в ресторане в определенное время, великолепная рыба, очень рекомендую салат из морепродуктов, утром хороший омлет. Генеральный менеджер отеля АЛьберто всегда интересовался гостями, их пребыванием, очень заботится о каждом, вовлечен в работу отеля, также сообщил о реновации номеров, территории. Очень зеленая территория, выглядит ухоженной, много растений, деревьев, цветов, все вкусно пахнет и цветет. Приятно погулять по территории, сделали много красивых фотографий. Постоянно сотрудники что-то делают, подравнивают, убирают, ухаживают. На пляже есть удобные кресла и кровать-качалка. Каждое утро организована лодка на остров Сакатия для гостей отеля, где можно купаться и загорать. Отель очень хороший и полностью соответствует своей оценке, в некоторых моментах - даже выше. ОТель организовал трансфер в аэропорт, хорошая машина и вежливый водитель. Наши рекомендации для отдыха.

Отель замечательный. Очень чисто. Прекрасный сад, всё в цветах. Ресторан отличный, готовят очень вкусно, порции большие, красиво оформленные .Бассейн в отеле чистый, вода теплая. Персонал вежливый, все работают очень хорошо. Руководители отеля доброжелательные, помогают решать все вопросы, экскурсии и трансферы заказывали через отель, остались довольны. Отель не на первой линии, до пляжа не более 100 метров.Территория отеля небольшая.Рекомендуем с удовольствием.

设施一流，景色迷人，但服务人员真的很非洲，不要期盼太多。 Facility is great.nice infinity pool to swim and fabulous bey view. Room also big with a very good bathtub . Try their massage you be surprised. Let’s talk about things need improvement. 1.mid night to 2am there’s construction knocking on going in restaurant which is right beside my room. I heard it loud and clear i just didn’t dare to believe this is what happened in a high end hotel. It’s common sense not to make noises during night time any level hotel. in the end i ran out 2am to restaurant to order them stop make noises at this hr. so they stopped. 2.then again 6am gardener is walking around besides my room several times. I can hear very clearly he is walking around and watering. Is that necessary to do gardening so early when ppl still try sleeping? really needs to train their employees to v some basic knowledge what not to do.

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel car cela faisait un moment que nous n'étions pas venus à Nosy Bé. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. De la navette d'arrivée à la navette de départ tout a été parfait. Une belle structure, une plage nettoyée tous les jours, le personnel toujours souriant et compétent, la bonne nourriture, les activités proposées, la piscine face à la mer et le superbe coucher de soleil. Un petit mot aussi pour son directeur très accessible et bienveillant. Bref tout cela pour dire que nous reviendrons et recommandons le Palm Beach Resort and Spa de Nosy Bé
