También temía que el hotel fuera un poco viejo, pero después, la impresión se volvió completamente, las puertas y la decoración interior eran muy cordiales, el jefe estaba muy bien. Cuando se quedaba, le presentaría lo que era divertido, comer bien y ver. El cuarto es el mismo, y cuando está en el estadía, el jefe está preocupado por la habitación demasiado fin. Si es necesario, podemos cambiarnos de habitación, todos dijimos que es suficiente. El cuarto puede abrir una caja de 24 pulgadas y una caja de 28 pulgadas, y el espacio para pasar. Si quieres encontrar las deficiencias, sólo hay escaleras de grado por la puerta, y no es conveniente tener un gran equipaje para los huéspedes. 今次租住了白濱這家溫泉酒店，個人覺得非常值得，房間新淨，有獨立浴室和私人風呂，入住時職員有提出可到lounge飲嘢，攞小禮物同梳洗用具，我倆即刻去嘆咗兩杯生啤，這安排非常貼心。晚餐可安排6點或7點開始，食材非常豐富, 鮑魚好鮮味，熊野和牛都好好味。每次上餐職員都有講解，雖然溝通有困難，但佢地都好盡心用Google translate翻譯比我地。服務真是無得頂。 我原先買咗梅酒打算喺房間喝，正擔心怎樣問他們攞冰塊，點知一入房就有一大個食用冰冰桶放置喺櫃面，即時覺得酒店真係好貼心啊！ 第二朝早餐可以揀9點開始，因我倆打算起身再浸一次溫泉，早餐同樣豐富，食到要攬住個肚上房。 總括嚟講這次體驗好好，好值得推介啊！

Grateful for the nice and helpful lady at the reception. Facilities are great (Onsen of course), a decent room to stay in and they even offer you amenities to enjoy tea there. Also, thankful to the hotel that offered me a ride to the train station so that I don't have to worry about getting on a bus with my heavy luggage. Великолепный отель с потрясающими видами на океан. Понравилось буквально всё — номер прекрасно оборудован и содержит всё необходимое для отличного отдыха. Всё идеально чисто, аккуратно и продумано. В номере есть посуда, позволяющая приготовить любую лёгкую еду; рядом находится отличный супермаркет с широким ассортиментом. Ванна с гидромассажем и видом на океан — впечатляющее дополнение. Это «умный» кондоминиум, где чувствуешь себя как в собственной квартире. Особенно порадовала забота о гостях: в номере были качественные косметические средства, гель для стирки, пылесос, гриль, микроволновка и прочие удобства. Единственное, чего нам не хватило — это утюг в номере для разглаживания одежды. На ресепшене предоставляют зонты как от дождя, так и от солнца. Менеджеры очень предупредительны: нам оперативно вызвали такси до аэропорта, которое приехало точно в назначенное время. Отель расположен на горе — это стоит учитывать гостям с маленькими детьми и пожилым людям. Для нас подъём был даже преимуществом — отличная ежедневная зарядка и невероятные виды на океан. Мы с большим удовольствием уже рекомендовали отель друзьям и сами с радостью вернёмся. Благодарим команду отеля за прекрасный номер и замечательный отдых. Shirahama впечатляет: мы посетили множество интересных мест, от старейшего онсена Saki-no-Yu до пещеры Sandanbeki. Обязательно вернёмся и снова остановимся в этом отеле. Удачи вам в бизнесе! Excellent hotel with stunning ocean views. We liked everything — the room was superbly equipped and had everything needed for a great stay. It was impeccably clean, neat, and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchenware allowed us to prepare simple meals, and a very good supermarket is located nearby. The bathtub with a hydromassage function and an ocean view was a real highlight. The property feels like a smart condominium where you can live as in your own apartment. I appreciated the thoughtful guest amenities: high-quality toiletries, laundry gel, a vacuum cleaner, a grill, a microwave, and other conveniences. The only thing we missed was an iron in the room. Umbrellas for rain and sun are available at reception. The front-desk staff were attentive and helpful; they arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which arrived on time. The hotel is located on a hill, which may be important for guests with small children or mobility issues. For us the uphill walk was actually a welcome daily exercise — and the ocean views are spectacular. We have already enthusiastically recommended this hotel to friends and would be happy to return. Thank you to the hotel team for an excellent room and a wonderful stay. Shirahama itself is magnificent; we visited many fascinating sites, from the historic Saki-no-Yu onsen to Sandanbeki Cave. La ubicación es buena. Location ok got bus stand in front of the hotel , staff friendly , room clean... only the onsen wanna pay for 150 yen per day....onsen there have a lot of shampoo n conditioner to choose...this is the photo

Hotel is generally clean and tidy as usual in Japan. Free parking which was excellent compare to costly parking in bigger cities. We loved the private onsen, our room was massive!

住這家酒店一定要自駕 而且check in 的地方不是同一個地方 要往上走 但店家都很願意幫忙 很nice 還有一個很大的問題 就是附近沒什麼餐廳 晚餐只有一家餐廳 而且要看有沒有開 或自己煮 但超市不近 晚上街燈很少 很黑 房間要鋪床

Grampus Shirahama. Un hotel modesto muy cerca del océano. La habitación estaba limpia, pero el aire acondicionado estaba sucio. No me alojaría aquí en verano. El desayuno era casi igual que en cualquier otro hotel de Japón, aunque el pescado a la parrilla estaba un poco rancio. El comedor tiene unas vistas maravillosas al océano. El personal casi no hablaba inglés, pero intentaba ayudar de todas formas. Ventajas: el hotel tiene su propio onsen. Desventajas: no hay baño en las habitaciones, solo inodoros en el suelo, sin ducha.
