tidak ada celah, semua oke, hotel baru juga. semua staff bagus dari reception hingga security sudah standar bagus. kamar bagus. hanya 1 yang disayangkan, saluran whatsup & DM IG tidak pernah direspon. padahal lumayan penting untuk customer menentukan pilih fox atau hotel lain.

The hotel was clean though it's a bit old. Room door was not close tightly as there's gap in between but it's just 1 night stay for me, so I ignore that. Overall service at the recept was good & value for money.

It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

booking dg request kamar smooking tapi mas resepsionis bilang smoking room habis, sampe kamar ternyata pintu macet gabisa dibuka. perlu perbaikan tim engineering dulu, request move room infonya adanya hanya kamar connecting. okelah nunggu buat diperbaiki, setelah selesai semua masuk kamar ternyata sabun dikamar mandi habis ngga di refil. udah kesekian kalinya kesini tapi waktu periode inap saat itu aja yg sangat mengecewakan. awal awal biasa aja.

Location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby. There are also convenient stores. The reception area is nice. Bed is comfortable. Aircond was warm even at the lowest temperature. A colleague in another room said the same. Breakfast spread was okay but some food was going bad. I pointed it out on the first morning. The same thing happened the next day. The vegetables in the salad bar were mushy and smelling like it was rotten. The full boiled egg for the noodle soup also tasted spoilt.

Hotel bagus dekat dengan jalan raya mudah akses, banyak makanan kalau malam hari fasilitas kolam renang gabung sama waterboom + nya banyak permainan air, - nya ramai karena bisa untuk umum tidak privasi pengunjung hotel, sarapan enak cukup lengkap tempat kecil jadi tidak cukup dan saat sarapan banyak yg sudah habis tidak ada refill lagi

Este hotel/servicio Grand Valore es un buen servicio con personal profesional y alojamiento. El desayuno es amplio y hay un vecino Holiday Inn conectado Next door si desea un cambio en el menú. Dos preciosos centros comerciales están a 10-15 minutos con establecimientos de cambio de dinero. Los ATMs están a segundos. Las tarifas son muy razonables, la piscina es grande y la sala de gimnasio es adecuada. De un viajero de negocios que ha permanecido en muchos hoteles. Esta es una elección inteligente. Uno más es que las camas son cómodas y no hay rugs en la habitación lo hace limpio sin olor.
