Lovely hotel, super location on the beach short walk to centre (lake) 5 mins only, supermaket outside, reasonable spa, lovely room nice decor, amazing amaneiteis - Cool Clarins bottle red color, breakfast restaruarant on 5/F overlooking the sea, infinty pool all great

To jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń hotelowych mojego życia, a od lat pracuję w hospitality business. Lokalizacja bajeczna, upgrade do wyższej kategorii pokoju - miła niespodzianka. Obsługa przecudowna, właściwie wszyscy, ale na specjalne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Maria z baru na 5 piętrze - wielka klasa, uśmiech i nienarzucająca się gościnność. Trzeba było się jej posłuchać, bo pyszny club sandwich, który zamówiliśmy na lunch, faktycznie wystarczyłby dla dwojga! Zawarty w cenie valet parking to absolutna rzadkość i to mnie również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Na pewno wrócimy.

Один из лучших отелей, в котором останавливалась, сегмент luxury. Шикарный номер с большой террасой с видом на море, шикарное постельное белье, кофемашина, приветственное вино в виде комплемента от отеля. Так как отель расположен террасами на горе, то нужно иметь ввиду, что в любом случае придется немного перемещаться по лестницам, хотя в отеле и есть лифты (три уровня), также по территории можно перемещаться на электрокаре, водитель которых довозит в любую точку. Завтрак - 5* и великолепное обслуживание. Отличный пляж с баром и водными развлечениями, можно взять лодку в аренду без капитана. Так как уже несезон - цена просто шикарная для отеля такого уровня. С радостью вернулась бы еще раз

An excellent stay! The hotel is in a great location, the room was spotless, and the staff made us feel welcome right away with their service. Everything was wonderful, we highly recommend it!

Honestly it was nice! I like everything, clean, location is good too, employee so nice and helpful!! I recomment it specifically for adults !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

La playa es pequeña pero muy buena, buena arena suave, protegida del viento, agua transparente. Uno para el desayuno y la cena parece una cantina con demasiados turistas de paquetes no un agradable pasar tiempo allí Y eso es una verdadera lástima que el hotel no sólo tiene desayuno. Las habitaciones con vistas a la montaña no tienen vistas en absoluto sólo a las plantas delante de los hoteles , todas las montañas están cerradas por los busques , si reservas esta categoría de habitaciones solicitan el piso más alto

Absolutely loved this resort. Comfortable rooms and beds. The meals were amazing. Lots of buffet options for breakfast and dinner. The area is lovely and the views from every area is stunning. Very helpful friendly staff. Will Definately stay again and highly recommend

The hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around. The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful. We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days. I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers. I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
