Very friendly and helpful owners. Particularly good and plentiful breakfast choices freshly cooked. Lovely fruit salad and unlimited tea and coffee.

Stayed in Room 3 with roll top bath and Harbour View, absolutely stunning, better even than pics. Jo made us feel extremely welcome, the breakfast was really delicious and plentiful. Range of choices, all freshly cooked to order. Having spent just one night here I would happily book again and come stay for longer. Avoid Wednesday in Feb as most restaurants closed.

We stayed here to visit nearby beaches. There is a path right behind the property that is perfect for a morning walk, and we really enjoyed the wonderful views. The staff were friendly and helpful. Note that the shampoo and shower gel come in the same bottle, and there is no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own if that matters to you.

Brilliant location near beach. Aimed mainly at families, evening entertainment typical holiday camp for young children or oaps. Very good service and well maintained facilities. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and fun games onsite like crazy golf. I had party of 3 adults staying in the hotel side. Best value in the area for a room with 3 or 4 adults. Highly recommend for a trip to North Devon

Wonderful stay Sam the barman was a superstar rescuing us from the cliff walk before dark. Thanku Sam for Yr kindness and help and carrying our bag! Overall stay was amazing. Clean and fresh room. Breakfast was outstanding with loads of choice. Service was fabulous. The cleaner was so helpful when we needed info Thanks everyone. And Sam we are so grateful. We thought we may have to camp on South West path over night!!!

I’ve been fortunate enough to be well travelled and stayed in hundreds of hotels but this one is one of the best. The little details make this place so special. The accommodation was of exceptional quality with a massive bathroom, the room was spacious but so cosy I was asleep by 9.30! The food was delicious, the quality was outstanding and so lovely to see the chef taking real pride in what he does. The service was amazing, the waitresses and management were so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. This is the best value for a hotel, we hope to be back v soon!!

We had such a lovely visit to Lynmouth, can’t thank Caroline enough who was an absolute pleasure to us during our entire stay! Would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are stunning and the area is gorgeous!

La habitación es muy confortable y muy flexible. El personal muy amable y las porciones generosas para el desayuno. Puede ser ruido por la mañana, especialmente con ventanas abiertas.

Lovely friendly place next to the river. Plenty of parking facilities just over the bridge which is approx five minute walk.  The room itself is spacious enough although for some may be a little dated. Bed is comfortable with a lovely duvet and pillows. Only downside was the curtains which are not blackout so do let in too much light for me but heyho I still had a reasonable night sleep  To get to the room we stayed in, we had to walk up a spiral staircase which for some people, this could be a struggle as the steps have been assembled quite tightly due to space so make the steps on the small side, there is obviously a handrail so coming down side ways helps.  Breakfast was continental consisting of fruit, cereal, yoghurt ( which was exceptionally tasty) toast etc. An English breakfast was offered at an additional cost but we preferred this option.  All in all a lovely place to stay with friendly welcoming hosts who were on hand to offer advise and assistance should you need it.
