Hoteles en Ilford con aparcamiento

This is a clean and tidy hotel. Although the hotel is not a big hotel, it is quiet and the room that I have stayed was really tidy and clean as well. Everything in the room worked perfectly. They even provide complimentary tea and coffee in the room! They offered free breakfast for me as well.The air-conditioning worked perfectly. I had a good sleep. Goodbye Travelodge... If you want me to talk about what could be improved, I can't think of one thing though. Cheers!

Las habitaciones están impecablemente limpias, son tranquilas, para no fumadores y cómodas, con una potente ducha de agua caliente 🚿 y un delicioso desayuno, el café molido más sabroso, zumo de naranja fresco, una excelente relación calidad-precio. It was just okay, but one of the housekeeping staff, the elderly man was so rude , for the price the rooms could be better, but good location, lovely pub downstairs and the waitress that attended to was lovely, didn’t catch her name but short, petite, blonde and cute.

El servicio es bueno, es muy paciente para las personas que no hablan bien en nuestra lengua, el desayuno está bien, la habitación está limpia, aunque un poco pequeña. Esto es mucho más barato que el centro de Londres, es más conveniente sentar el metro.

Newly refurbished clean fresh quiet and complimentary breakfast. Great stay recommend

Easy check in, really comfortable bed but uncomfortable barely slept any night due to do much noise from other guests, really disappointed

El colchón es una porquería. ¡No sirve para dormir! En mi opinión, deberían mejorar las camas y cobrar 25 libras por noche por una habitación tan infantil. El recepcionista fue muy amable por la noche. Necesitan mejorar mucho las habitaciones. Lo bueno es que me dieron una habitación extra por el mismo precio que en la página web, ¡y eso a las 3 de la mañana!

Almost satisfied apart from deposit refund back. Till now i am waiting for my deposit its my 5th day after deposit.

Slight language barrier with some of the staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and the staff were very nice asking if we wanted something different than what was already available. All freshly cooked and tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hour reception and free parking which is a great bonus. The bed was ok just not a great placement (could only freely access from 1 side) and extra pillows would have been better as there was only 1 quite flat pillow each side. A little extra storage room would be a benefit. There was space to hang clothes and some small drawers but nowhere to put suitcases and bags so they’d be out of the way and because it was quite a small room things were sort of in the way. The bathroom was clean  but more towels would have been useful; we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel so we didn’t use the shower. I struggled a little with access in the outside area between corridors as the step to get in and out was quite steep with no handrails. Our stay was short but I had no complaints or issues that affected my trip.
