El hotel es una excelente opción para visitar St Tropez, ofrece un agradable estancia con su encantador jardín francés para el desayuno. El desayuno continental es delicioso, con su sabor naranja fresco, café aromatizado y pasteles tentadores. El hotel ofrece una excelente ubicación, a un precio asequible, y ofrece una excelente ubicación para los visitantes de St Tropez.

Beautiful place and would stay here again. The whole property is lovely. There’s a wine and cheese tasting that you can book which was excellent, a restaurant on site, and bakeries only a short drive away if you need anything else. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a section that you can walk around to see some farm animals like sheep, goats, chickens etc. There was no fridge in the room which would be a nice touch.

El hotel está muy bien, muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. El sistema de calefacción está abierto a muy caliente, pero se puede desactivar fácilmente y se vuelve cómodo dormir a la noche. El desayuno es un estilo occidental y tiene muchos alimentos diferentes y deseables para elegir. Estoy impresionado con la variedad de tés Palais Des Thés que puedes beber. Este té es el mejor té de Francia y el mundo famoso!

旅館在進鎮子的路上，可以把車停好再走路去鎮上，到鎮子中心大概要兩公里，走路要半小時，稍微有點遠，但是勝在價格比鎮子裏酒店便宜不少。房間在院內的一座小樓裏，有個大陽台，陽台下面就是泳池，能看見大海，設施還不錯，服務人員也很熱情。但是由於在路邊，有大排量車經過，早上還是有些吵。總體不錯，值得推薦。

The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again.

Everything was great about my stay, from location to cleanliness. I would highly recommend it

The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind! But the housekeeping was terrible, I put the red sign because I wanted to sleep and on the day of check-out she tried coming in twice, she should know red is do not disturb even if she can't read and she never really cleaned, what's the point? The toilet seat was dark bege with stains all over, they could have better maintenance or at least deep cleaning. The shower looked like hasn't been cleaned for months with yellow and orange stains, plenty of mold near it too. I am pleased it was very well located, safe and again the reception was so helpful, mainly the young lady from check-in, priceless customer service.

Lamentablely I hadn't a pleasant experience as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20:30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. Después de un largo tiempo de espera, finalmente alguien se presentó y dijo que debía hacer el pago a través de una máquina que no acepta dinero en efectivo. Pero cuando me reservaba, elijaba el dinero como método de pago, una vez que no tengo una tarjeta europea. El tipo que me “víta” me dijo que era imposible manejar el pago y por lo tanto no podía quedarme en su lugar. Solicité el contacto del dueño del lugar, una vez que el tipo que me habló era sólo un guardián del edificio. Cuando ella respondió, el dueño estaba molesto por tener su contacto personal y perturbarla tarde de la noche y aún dijo que no había nada que ella pudiera hacer por mí. Por lo tanto, debería encontrar otro lugar para dormir, porque ni ella podía procesar el pago en efectivo en ese momento y recibirlo la mañana siguiente. La mejor manera de hacerlo es que el hotel no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Eso es lo que me gusta. Una vez que aceptan el pago en efectivo, deben tener la forma de proceder a dichos pagos. Estoy tan decepcionado por esa experiencia y el servicio que se ofrece desde ese lugar. No lo recomiendo. No se preocupan en absoluto por el bienestar del cliente.

The hotel is suitable for kids camp or travellers that like campers / caravans, because you get similar conditions like in a camping / hostel. Th9e management looks like want to gradually renovate the place but only using paint is not enough, even the bathroom tiles were painted. I give 3 out of 5 because the personnel are really friendly, breakfast was good, location is good and price is attractive. The hotel is suitable for people with lower expectations to hygiene and comfort.

Заселились в номер, со входа сразу бросились в глаза неподметенные волосы на полу, дверь в ванну не закрывалась полностью и оставалась слегка приоткрытой, что очень сильно смущало, в душе - черная плесень, вода в раковине не уходила, розетка отходила от стены, кровать скрипела при любом движении. Попросили администратора заменить номер, номер заменили, спасибо. Новый номер был намного лучше, все работало, мы выдохнули, но и тут нарвались на фигню - в туалете при въезде были ”следы предыдущих жильцов” под крышкой унитаза... Не хочется, конечно, придираться, но впечатление правда было не из лучших. Возможно, стоит провести беседу с персоналом или установить какой-то контроль над уборкой.
