C'est mon troisième séjour à l'hôtel Campanile, je l'apprécie beaucoup pour son rapport qualité-prix, son emplacement et ses services. Sa situation permet de visiter facilement la ville de Metz, la chambre est confortable, insonorisée pour y passer une bonne nuit. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Je reviendrai certainement lors d'un prochain séjour.

Location is perfect, directly on mall and short walk to city center. Parking is underground.

This is a service apartment without much service, the price doesn't include room cleaning and the lobby doesn’t have a concierge 24/7. The room has a kitchen and decent cookware. The room has no ac but has a fan, you'll be fine unless a heatwave hits. There's a super market just 3mins down the street, extremely convenient to do some cooking and trying out local fresh ingredients. Walk to city centre is about 20mins, it's a nice walk tho.

Very happy with my stay. The room was nice, spacious witha balcony. Hotel is located in the middle of a forest park. Also there is a nice gastro restaurant just next to it. The hotel has a peaceful and calming vibe. The breakfast was good as well. After checking out, I could work in their lobby where thereare several sofas and free coffee, croissants and tea. They also have a nice terrasse outside. This area has a lot of activities especially if you are looking for a getaway or little holidays. I was there for a business trip. Would definitely come back for a little getaway.

-We found 15 euro parking to much. At the place there stood per min. So at the ticket we need to pay 10 euro for the hours we stand there. Tought the hotel charged 15 euro. - 30 euro for breakfeast 2 persons is to much for what you get. Cold pancakes, hard egg ( not good anymore ) - The hallways ( carpet ) was really dirty. + The receptionist was friendly. + The room was big and clean. Should i come back, no. 91 room + tax, + breakfeast + parking = 140 a 150 euro. Not worth it.

Al llegar tarde, es fácil perderse el procedimiento de activación del ascensor (presione activar y llame para conectarse con la recepción) y debe subir al sexto piso. Luego, el problema es el pago de un depósito de 75 € por la habitación que se paga con tarjeta de crédito, pero no con American Express 🙈🙈🙈 Por lo tanto, no fue posible, ya que con mi tarjeta de débito alemana nunca funcionó en Francia tampoco 🙈🙈 Finalmente, después de enviar un mensaje al jefe y esperar su respuesta, fue posible pagar el depósito en efectivo... y no olvide que está en Francia, por lo que también debe pagar el impuesto turístico 🙈😬😬 Veamos cómo será el desayuno mañana por la mañana. Habitación limpia, pero sin refrigerador, vasos ni ningún complemento agradable / vegetación en la habitación esterilizada.

I needed a place to sleep overnight to break up my trip from the south of France ti Belgium, and this was perfect. Right off the highway, but with no traffic noise or pollution. The clientele, mostly truckers, were polite and quiet, there was no noise at night or in the hallways. The staff was pleasant and readily available, check-in and out was simple, the buffet dinner was a good quality all-you can-eat. If you're looking for a clean, simple, friendly place to rest on your trip, I highly recommend this hotel.

It is very basic, small, there is no hair dryer, you can hear all noises through the wall (in the morning you can hear the people talking when having breakfast). Location is not the best, but there is a bus stop next the hotel to get into the city centre within a 20min ride. There is definitely better value for money if you are looking more for a budget hotel. But if you just stay for one night it is OK. Don't have high expectations. The staff there are very friendly.
