UUsuario invitadoThere were several items which I was unhappy about and had I been informed of them prior to booking I would have stayed somewhere else.
On checking in were asked to supply our credit card for a 200 euro hold to be placed on it! I find the requirement completely outrageous in that you seem to assume that I'm going to cause some damage to your hotel and want to be covered in the event. That is totally unacceptable in the case of two 70 year olds staying for one night. Had we been a party of young lads on a stag night out you could understand it. Sorry bud......not on.
It was late when we arrived and were very pleased that there was a restaurant on the premises to revive ourselves. The menu was very narrow as was the wine list and the food wasn't very appetising. I wouldn't eat there again.
We visited the roof top bar which was deader than a funeral home and so we took ourselves back to the main bar for the rest of the evening.
The lift has confusing information . On the outside it lists the floors as 1, 2, Reception. When you get into the lift it has buttons for 1, 2, 0+ and 0-. Not a word about reception and of course we went to wrong floor for reception. A small thing but annoying and easily fixed.
There was no stairs from our room to the reception that we could find either. I'm fairly sure that a stairs is a legal requirement in the event of a fire but I couldn't find one. And I looked twice!
On the positive side, when we left the next morning, a really nice chap checked us out and when I got into my car I discovered that the lens from one of my glasses had popped out . I went back into the hotel and the hotel porter who had just checked me out could not have been more helpful. We found the lens beside the bed and made the repairs. Your man is wasted in the hotel porter role. You should give him the top job in my opinion.
I won't be rushing back.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is in an old building which has been renovated beautifully. Our twin room faced the street and the refuse collection in the early morning was a bit noisy but the room was great overall. Breakfast was very good and parking was very easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

A diferencia de París, las habitaciones son espaciosas para el precio, ¡lo cual es genial! Incluso los bolsos de mano de gran tamaño se pueden abrir fácilmente.
Situado a orillas del río Loira, el hotel ofrece unas vistas magníficas desde las ventanas. Si estás en un piso superior, ¡podrás tener una gran vista de la ciudad de Orleans, incluida la catedral!
La cama es espaciosa y la habitación está relativamente limpia.
Me alegré de que la habitación tuviera baño propio, algo que es bastante raro en los hoteles franceses.
¡Lo usaré de nuevo la próxima vez!

UUsuario invitadoHet hotel zag er aan de buitenkant niet echt aantrekkelijk uit, maar bij binnenkomst rook het heel aangenaam en zag het er heel schoon uit.
De receptioniste ontving ons heel vriendelijk en legde alles heel duidelijk uit.
Onze kamer zat op de 3e verdieping en onderweg er naar toe, waren we blij verrast, alles zag er schoon en onderhouden uit.
De kamer was ook mooi en ruim ingericht met ligbad en douche in de badkamer en ook heel schoon.
Het matras lag lekker en we hebben dan ook heerlijk geslapen. Een echte aanrader!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel no está lejos de la estación de tren, es muy conveniente ir al museo de arte y a la iglesia principal de la Cruz Santa. También se puede almacenar el equipaje. No puedo hacer comentarios. Además, se puede ver la peregrinación desde la ventana de la habitación.

MMarguerite.Asituation géographique excellente, accès facile . Petit déjeuner correct, possibilité de travailler dans l’espace commun. Bonne literie.
Attention : Chambre 2 . Il s’agit aussi visiblement d’espace de stockage , il y fait froid , le ménage et notamment la poussière ont été omis à certains endroits. La porte ferme mal , l’alarme se déclenche , il faut appeler la plate-forme qui était informé du sujet et m’a dit comment procéder. Le linge de l’hôtel et la partie logistique se trouve devant et à proximité immédiate de la chambre , le réveil n’est pas agréable . En terme de sécurité , il faut une information préalable aux voyageurs quant à l’emplacement de cette chambre par rapport au reste de l’hôtel .

Ideal para una noche para bajar la cabeza, no tuvimos desayuno, ya que nos fuimos temprano, pero se mesa hermosamente. También pedimos a un fan que no era un problema.
