Beautifully renovated chais with a nice touch of modernity. Large rooms. Michelin-star restaurant is pretty delicious. Breakfast is more average, swimming pool is indoor (sun-beds outside possible). A bit of a surprise but No Cognac production there…

¡La ubicación del hotel es buena! Especialmente el personal de la recepción nocturna es muy educado y muy útil. El desayuno del hotel es autoayuda, 14€ por persona, pero no hay muchas clases de alimentos.

Este hotel rápido es muy barato, la ubicación es muy buena y la salida para comer es especialmente conveniente. La limpieza de la habitación es muy limpia, no tiene olor, las camas son suaves y el baño es limpio. La recepción se maneja rápidamente, el servicio es entusiasta y educado, y hay respuestas a los problemas a tiempo. La habitación está bien aislada, muy tranquila la noche, muy bien descansada, el aire acondicionado es muy estable y las instalaciones están suficientemente disponibles.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Cognac Hotel, and my overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel is ideally located near the city center, making it convenient to explore the main attractions of Cognac. Although the room was small, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety, especially the fresh local bread and coffee, which made for a great start to the day. Overall, Ibis Cognac is a great value option for both business and leisure travelers.

The room I rented was very basic but clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing in the area and has a variety of restaurants close by. It is a quite a walk from the train station, all uphill. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is offered.

This was an overnight stopover driving through from Spain to Paris... It was as expected. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the accommodation had been recently improved. A little outside of town, and the locals (at the corner shop) were to be avoided.
