Honestly one of the nicest and most pleasant stays I have ever had. The home is stunning, ideally located just from the motorway. The family are lovely, so kind and warm. The rooms were really well designed and finished with lovely touches and breakfast was incredible!! All local produce, I’d go back just for breakfast again! An absolute gem! And the pool is perfect to cool off before some local wine. 10/10.

Great location. Walking distance to old town and canals with free parking just up the street. Room had lovely balcony and cool vibe. Front desk was very helpful and lovely

We stayed for a quick stopover en route for Calais. The hotel is really well situated and very nicely done. Breakfast is great. The staff are super helpful, especially JULIA who was very kind and gave excellent recommendations. Do reserve a car parking space in advance.

We booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais. We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless. I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes. 

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très chaleureux et accueillant. L’arrivée et le départ se sont faits très facilement, ce qui est très appréciable. En revanche, la propreté pourrait être améliorée : le sèche-cheveux était couvert de cheveux. De plus, la douche est équipée d’une demi-paroi, ce qui fait que l’eau sort facilement de l’espace douche et mouille le sol de la salle de bain.

Really excellent hotel for the price. Well greeted by reception staff, very friendly and the room felt like a more expensive hotel. Spacious and clean! We enjoyed the make your own pancake station at breakfast. Good secure parking lot outside. We would stay again. Thanks

Just used as an overnight stop just off the motorway - perfect and the guy on duty at night was very helpful when we arrived

La habitación era espaciosa, buena y limpia. La única cosa era que las horas de recepción necesitan ser comunicadas adecuadamente. Llegamos al menos media hora antes de las horas de cierre declaradas, pero ya no hay nadie. Como hemos reservado a través de trip.com, no recibimos las instrucciones de la caja donde se dejaron todas las llaves para los huéspedes «tardos» pero obviamente no llegamos tarde, como se ha dicho, antes de que la recepción cerrara. Gracias a Dios nos encontramos con un caballero que tenía el código de acceso seguro y podíamos recuperar nuestras llaves de la habitación

Todo se ha pasado bien en el conjunto de bemol solo el rincón de la ducha en el cuarto es un poco pequeño. Los servicios sanitarios de la acogida no tienen jabón para las manos.
