Hoteles en Gran Canaria con aparcamiento

We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

Este hotel tiene dos grandes piscinas y una piscina infantil. El hotel no está muy verde y parece limpio. Tres restaurantes, buffets, restaurante español y un restaurante integrado. No hay reservas para buffets, los otros dos deben reservarse con antelación, pero también son gratuitos. La tarjeta de habitación de la puerta trasera del hotel puede llegar directamente al mar, especialmente conveniente, o caminar al mar, tanto restaurantes como tiendas, se puede imaginar lo caliente que será en la temporada de otoño. Y esta calle es muy larga y puede caminar por un mínimo de 40 ➕ minutos y caminar por un paseo, aquí comer y beber. Hay cinco estrellas en el lado de la carretera. Puede ver piscinas y restaurantes de otros hoteles. Está bien cambiar de hotel para comer algo [Ritchi R]c. Eso es muy rentable que Suiza, y sabe que también lo suficiente para darle el mapa cuando llegue [Ritchi R]. Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable. A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled. Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe. In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative. It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice. Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

Siendo sincero, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Puedes alojarte en el casco antiguo de Palma y, si tienes coche, puedes disfrutar e ir a cualquier parte, lo que te permitirá ver tanto el casco antiguo como las playas (sur de la isla). En cuanto al hotel, por supuesto, es de 3 estrellas y superó nuestras expectativas. El desayuno no es muy abundante, pero si quieres empezar el día con algo más que café y cruasanes, está bien. La limpieza y las comodidades son buenas para un hotel de 3 estrellas. Muchas gracias también a la chica del turno de noche: fue muy amable y servicial.

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

Super bueno! ¡Más que esperado! Salir es el mar, el balcón de la habitación también está en frente del mar. Algunos proyectos de viaje adicionales del hotel también son muy buenos, salir al mar para ver el pescado, la actividad de caminar, etc. ¡Es muy agradable! ¡Espero tener la oportunidad de volver más tarde!

The hotel is lovely all around but there was no functioning AC. There is a display where you can push buttons but neither the fan controls nor the AC controls do anything. After hours of leaving it on a low temp it was still 24.5 degrees. This trumps the fantastic rooftop views and the cozy decor because it means you can't sleep. I only stayed one night but unless they could guarantee that the AC is not just for show I would not return

Muy adecuado para vacaciones de padres e hijos, el hotel ha organizado muchos programas desde la mañana hasta la noche. Los detalles de diseño del hotel son súper hermosos y ubicuos, estilo africano perfecto. Hay 9 piscinas, definitivamente puedes encontrar el lugar donde quieres acostarte y relajarte.Hay una larga fila de festivales de compras y pequeños restaurantes en la entrada del hotel.El restaurante Tujiu es el más auténtico y delicioso.Los chinos detrás de la escena están súper entusiasmados con nosotros cada vez que comemos Después de enviar una gran copa de vino, tome un taxi de 7 minutos desde el centro de las dunas

Mi estancia en el Elba Vecindario Aeropuerto Business & Convention Hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. El hotel destaca por su alto nivel de limpieza, sus instalaciones impecables y su servicio profesional. El hotel está alejado de las principales zonas turísticas, por lo que para llegar a destinos populares como Maspalomas y Puerto Rico es necesario tomar taxi o transporte público. Aunque los taxis pueden ser bastante caros, el sistema de autobuses públicos es fiable, asequible y una buena alternativa para moverse por la isla. La ubicación es muy práctica para acceder al aeropuerto, y el personal fue amable, atento y eficiente durante toda mi estancia. Las instalaciones estaban bien organizadas y cumplieron con todas las expectativas de un hotel de negocios y conferencias. En general, el hotel ofrece un confort excelente, un servicio excelente y una excelente relación calidad-precio. Con gusto me alojaría aquí de nuevo y lo recomiendo, especialmente a viajeros de negocios o a quienes buscan un fácil acceso al aeropuerto.

El personal de recepción nos atendió muy bien; nos permitieron hacer el check-in temprano y dejar nuestras maletas después del check-out. La habitación estaba en la planta 14. Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas, pero no están mal para una estancia corta. Les vendrían bien puertas y ventanas insonorizadas. La zona de la piscina está en la última planta del hotel, solo se accede por escaleras. Ofrece una magnífica vista panorámica de la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos de la playa, la zona portuaria, el centro comercial y el centro de transporte.
