The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

El hotel está limpio e higiénico. Está al lado de un centro comercial y la ubicación es aceptable. Pero el estacionamiento es un inconveniente. Primero debe registrarse y luego pasar la tarjeta para ingresar al estacionamiento. También está a cierta distancia del hotel, lo cual es un inconveniente si tiene equipaje grande. En general pasa como un hotel de paso.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

Necesitaba un hotel para pasar una noche en Cádiz antes de ir al puerto para coger el ferry a las Islas Canarias. El hotel está justo en la playa y cerca de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. El personal de recepción es amable y la habitación, limpia y moderna, con balcón privado, es preciosa. Se anuncia como spa, pero no tiene piscina. No utilicé ninguna de las instalaciones aparte de mi habitación, pero también hay un restaurante y un bar en la azotea. Lo único que no me gustó fue que mi habitación estaba al final de un piso con un ascensor de acceso para el personal y los limpiadores no paraban de subir cosas y hacían ruido constantemente toda la noche hasta las 10:30 p. m., por qué lo hacen cuando la gente está tratando de relajarse y dormir es algo que no entiendo, arruina tu estadía, no habría sido un problema, pero necesitaba levantarme a las 6 a. m. para hacer el check out y caminar hasta el puerto del ferry, así que no esperes dormir mucho en este hotel, ya que las puertas son ruidosas y la gente las golpea y cierra constantemente, además las paredes son muy delgadas, podía escuchar a alguien roncando en la habitación contigua a la mía. En general, una buena estadía 👍🏼

Muy bien ubicado en la entrada a Gibraltar y al lado del puerto deportivo de La Linea. Sus instalaciones son excelentes, la habitación es amplia, da buena cabida a una familia de 3. Las camas cómodas y el baño amplio. El desayuno tipo buffet también lo metimos en el plan por poco dinero y una cosa menos de la que preocuparse. Había tanto para hacer excesos como para comer sano. La gestión de las incidencias en las habitaciones las hacen mediante una app y resulta muy eficiente. Reportamos una falta de toallas y nos las subieron en minutos. También hicimos uso de su parking, pago aparte, pero vale la pena. Hay bastante espacio. Si he de ponerle alguna pega al hotel es la existencia de sólo 2 ascensores para todo el elenco de habitaciones... se hace un poco lento y tedioso el bajar a desayunar o llegar a salir por la puerta si no puedes hacer uso de las escaleras...

Das Hotel ist alt und verbreitet einen entsprechenden Charme. Es ist ein Bisschen sehenswert. Es verfügt über einen Park mit Parkplätzen. Mein Zimmer war recht groß und das Bad hatte eine Wanne. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, der Strom wurde nicht abgeschaltet. Am Frühstück, das 12 Euro kostet, habe ich nicht teilgenommen. Eine Email wegen meines verlorenen Ausweises wurde nicht beantwortet.

La impresión general del hotel es buena. Muy linda vista desde la ventana, desayuno delicioso y variado. Camas cómodas y amplias en la habitación. A mi hijo le gustó la cama extra. En el territorio hay una gran piscina. Contras: Vi una cucaracha enorme en la pared del pasillo, y pasamos más de una hora en recepción para registrarnos en la habitación (muy lento, cola enorme).

The hotel owner was super nice - he got my friend an iron and hair dryer on her request and even drove us to El Puerto de Santa Maria when we were waiting for the bus in the rain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. That being said… the hotel is in a quiet, residential area and there are only a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, toward the Valdelagrana beach. However, we were there in March, but I’m sure more is open during the summer months. It also gets quite cold in the rooms in March, so if you’re afraid of chilly room temperatures you might want to look for some place with central heating or space heaters on site. Also, transportation comes infrequently and shuts down early - like at 10, 11 pm - so allow some time and do some research when you’re ready to leave the area ot the hotel.

Buena ubicación si vas a alojarte en La Bahía de San Fernando, un centro comercial cerca del hotel y una estación de tren. El desayuno es muy bueno con listas de opciones. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, las comodidades son muy antiguas

Es muy barato para el hotel cerca de Gibraltar, dos personas, pero nos da tres camas individuales Instalaciones preparadas, servicio de habitaciones disponibles El ventilador debe prestarle al servicio de recepción. La habitación tiene un lavabo.
