El hotel está limpio e higiénico. Está al lado de un centro comercial y la ubicación es aceptable. Pero el estacionamiento es un inconveniente. Primero debe registrarse y luego pasar la tarjeta para ingresar al estacionamiento. También está a cierta distancia del hotel, lo cual es un inconveniente si tiene equipaje grande. En general pasa como un hotel de paso.

The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

Necesitaba un hotel para pasar una noche en Cádiz antes de ir al puerto para coger el ferry a las Islas Canarias. El hotel está justo en la playa y cerca de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. El personal de recepción es amable y la habitación, limpia y moderna, con balcón privado, es preciosa. Se anuncia como spa, pero no tiene piscina. No utilicé ninguna de las instalaciones aparte de mi habitación, pero también hay un restaurante y un bar en la azotea. Lo único que no me gustó fue que mi habitación estaba al final de un piso con un ascensor de acceso para el personal y los limpiadores no paraban de subir cosas y hacían ruido constantemente toda la noche hasta las 10:30 p. m., por qué lo hacen cuando la gente está tratando de relajarse y dormir es algo que no entiendo, arruina tu estadía, no habría sido un problema, pero necesitaba levantarme a las 6 a. m. para hacer el check out y caminar hasta el puerto del ferry, así que no esperes dormir mucho en este hotel, ya que las puertas son ruidosas y la gente las golpea y cierra constantemente, además las paredes son muy delgadas, podía escuchar a alguien roncando en la habitación contigua a la mía. En general, una buena estadía 👍🏼

Todo fue perfecto. Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Excelente ubicación para cruzar Gibraltar a pie. El garaje subterráneo está en el hotel, así que no hay problema para aparcar el coche de forma segura. Piscina, amplio espacio exterior con sombrillas y sillas. Cafetería con sillones, incluyendo mesa de billar y futbolín. La habitación era espaciosa, con un precioso balcón para comer y tomar el aire fresco con una preciosa vista del puerto deportivo español. El personal fue muy amable y acogedor. Por todo esto, a un precio muy razonable. Lástima que solo nos quedamos una noche. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

A mi papá le encanta quedarse en este hotel. Desafortunadamente, solo nos quedamos 2 noches para visitar Gibraltar. Nos sentimos bienvenidos por la recepcionista y el registro fue sencillo. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era tan espaciosa como vimos en Internet. Como el hotel tiene 123 años, se nota por los hoteles y los muebles antiguos. Creo que necesita reformas, ya que el aire acondicionado era débil y sudamos por la noche. Y creo que puede que sólo le pase a algunas de las habitaciones, ya que la habitación de mis amigos está tan fría como una nevera. Este problema debería solucionarse fácilmente, pero regresamos de otra ciudad y estábamos tan agotados que no quisimos mudarnos a otra ciudad con nuestro equipaje nuevamente y decidimos aguantar. La presión del agua no tiene problema y agua caliente al instante. El edredón y la ropa de cama estaban limpios y nuevos. El desayuno buffet fue excelente en variedad y calidad. Nos encanta desayunar al aire libre disfrutando de los pájaros como nuestros compañeros. La piscina es de buen tamaño y cuenta con protección de seguridad. Me encantaría volver ya que el precio lo vale totalmente. El hotel nos llamó taxi y solo tardó 2 minutos en llegar. Estamos contentos con la eficiencia. También nos encanta conocer gente aquí. Todos son muy amables y disfrutan haciendo amigos aquí en el hotel. Yo diría que quedarme aquí fue una de las mejores decisiones que tomé.

My friends and I really loved our stay in a 4 person tent, comfy double beds, a fridge & cute table to sit outside at. We were positioned at the end of a big row of tents so it was perfect, the tent was cool enough with the fan and also not as many bugs as expected but some ants in the tent but impossible not to have bugs outside camping!! The pool was nice but very crowded of course, would be good to open earlier than 12, breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good and cheap. They could do a delivery service and charge to the tent I think people would love it.

La impresión general del hotel es buena. Muy linda vista desde la ventana, desayuno delicioso y variado. Camas cómodas y amplias en la habitación. A mi hijo le gustó la cama extra. En el territorio hay una gran piscina. Contras: Vi una cucaracha enorme en la pared del pasillo, y pasamos más de una hora en recepción para registrarnos en la habitación (muy lento, cola enorme).

Buena ubicación si vas a alojarte en La Bahía de San Fernando, un centro comercial cerca del hotel y una estación de tren. El desayuno es muy bueno con listas de opciones. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, las comodidades son muy antiguas

Very clean and comfortable. Great location steps from the main squares with many dining options. No shared kitchen or refrigerator in room, but it’s very helpful that the room had a sink. Shared bathroom basic but clean, one shower and two toilets on the floor, but never had to wait.
