I had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

My stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

Como el vuelo se retrasó, no pude facturar ese día. No sé quién canceló la reserva. Más tarde, el gerente del hotel coordinó y consiguió una habitación para mí. El desayuno es más adecuado para los estómagos chinos.

Está en la ciudad, pero Barranquilla no es muy segura de noche, por lo que caminar de noche no es muy recomendable. La seguridad del hotel es bastante agradable, ¡pero no olvides dar propina! El servicio es muy atento y hay todo tipo de bebidas gratis en la puerta🥤

1: 房間wifi信號很差，前兩天根本連不上wifi，房間手機信號也不好。 2: 空調遙控器壞了2次，中午開不了空調打電話前台等了半個小時才來人，而且是直接叫了個修理工來的，直接換了個新遙控器，晚上又用不了。 3: 房間非常奇怪 感覺很潮，被子枕頭都不乾爽，潮潮的。 4: 浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，枕頭和被子也帶點黃色，感覺不太乾淨。 5: 前台説英語的都不是很熟練，我平台付完房費，過去還給我刷了一次房費，英語講不清，讓我刷卡我説是不是open credit，還説是給我刷了錢。後來打電話給我説給我刷錯錢了退回來的。 6: 員工倒是都很熱情，就是各方面感覺都差點意思，尤其是網不好對出差的非常避雷，郵件我都得去大堂發。

El desayuno del hotel es rico, la habitación es limpia y higiénica, el personal del servicio del hotel es entusiasta y atento, la habitación está tranquila y la vista es buena. La vida cercana es conveniente, el restaurante es muy numeroso, y puede caminar.
