We stayed here at the beginning of April 2025. The hotel was very good the owners were very friendly and always helpful with anything. The hotel has a car with driver which can be booked and takes you everywhere which is very convenient. With this help, all day trips can be undertaken very comfortably. Also the owners help with any questions with words and deeds. The hotel is definitely a recommendation for a good trip to Xatar.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of options. A special thanks to the elderly gentleman (I’m not sure if he was the owner or a staff member). He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the staff could not speak English, so communication was sometimes difficult. However, everyone was friendly and tried their best to assist us. Using a translation app made things much easier. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

It was like staying at a 5 star hotel because of the quality of the bed, the pillows (two different types of pillows to choose from), the bedsheets, and the other facilities. Breakfast was amazing, home cooked, generous, and nutritious. We booked for two nights and ended up staying three nights just because it was so comfortable. More importantly, the hosts were so hospitable and kind. They went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our time in Zhaosu by showing us the highlights in the surrounding areas. We felt so lucky and were sad to leave. I would love to stay here again and would recommend everyone to stay here.

The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer.
