We were warmly greeted upon arriving at the property by the staff. They really went above and beyond to ensure we have a more than amazing stay at this place! The staff are really warm, friendly and helpful. The lady staff cooks delicious home cooked meals and the young male staff make excellent drinks. The room was immaculately clean and exactly as shown in their photos. The room was also well equipped with amenities for a convenient stay and the view is simply breathtaking. The sunset is beautiful and we can watch the animals graze at the grassland below. It’s a truly revitalising and relaxing stay with warm hospitality from the staff. We highly recommend this place for a one of a kind, unique and relaxing experiential stay.

We stayed here at the beginning of April 2025. The hotel was very good the owners were very friendly and always helpful with anything. The hotel has a car with driver which can be booked and takes you everywhere which is very convenient. With this help, all day trips can be undertaken very comfortably. Also the owners help with any questions with words and deeds. The hotel is definitely a recommendation for a good trip to Xatar.

The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire trip, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly made the experience extra special. The room was beautifully designed with well-chosen furniture that created a cozy, relaxing, and elegant atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was especially amazing — I slept so well at night! The view from the accommodation was stunning and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. On top of that, the food was delicious and exceeded expectations. Overall, this place offers the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back again!

沒想到昭蘇縣城還有這麼好的民宿，一定要好好推薦！首先説環境，營地佔地面積非常大，在民宿裏除了有住宿，餐飲，還有各種遊樂設施，可以跟小寵物一起玩，可以坐小火車，還可以騎馬射箭，孩子們玩的不亦樂乎！ 再説服務，管家小加服務非常貼心，幫我們提行李，給我們送果盤，營地裏各種活動要開始之前還會提前給我們消息，走之前還給孩子們送了小禮物；總之，在營地有任何問題，找管家小加就好了； 房間的設施也很齊全，熱水也很方便，大大出乎我的預計！營地的餐廳定價公道，味道不錯，晚上還有篝火晚會；總之是一家非常不錯的民宿，非常適合帶孩子過來玩，強烈推薦！！

This was easily one of the best stays during my Northern Xinjiang trip. The host and staff were incredibly warm and made the place feel just like home. Surrounded by fresh air and a tranquil, peaceful setting, the environment was perfect for relaxing. A highlight was when the host even accompanied us to a hidden gem nearby, which made the experience truly memorable. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would—this stay exceeded all expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of options. A special thanks to the elderly gentleman (I’m not sure if he was the owner or a staff member). He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the staff could not speak English, so communication was sometimes difficult. However, everyone was friendly and tried their best to assist us. Using a translation app made things much easier. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
