¡Mi estancia en el Hotel Futian Huayu fue increíble! El hotel está ubicado en plena ciudad antigua de Xinzhou, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente para hacer turismo y comer; la ubicación es fantástica. La mayor sorpresa fue el baño termal privado en el patio; la privacidad era excelente, así que no tuve que preocuparme por ser molestado. Sumergirse en el baño termal fue increíblemente relajante y cómodo, e incluso utilizan un sistema de desinfección por huésped, lo que me dio tranquilidad en cuanto a higiene. El personal también fue muy atento y receptivo, y el ambiente en general era elegante. Mi estancia en la ciudad antigua fue increíblemente cómoda, ¡y la recomiendo encarecidamente!

Un lugar realmente hermoso para alojarse en las tranquilas montañas de Wutaishan. El hotel estaba decorado con gusto y la habitación que me dieron era muy espaciosa y cómoda. Había un altavoz Marshall, un detalle muy agradable. El servicio fue súper atento y personal: el gerente Chen y su equipo fueron muy amables y muy serviciales. Se aseguraron de que tuviera todo lo necesario para mis expediciones diarias, me llevaron a todos los templos y monasterios (a una distancia razonable, por supuesto) que quería visitar cada mañana y me recogieron por la tarde de regreso al hotel. Mi estancia allí fue tan agradable que la alargué dos días más, ¡lo cual fue aún más que suficiente! El restaurante del hotel también era muy bueno. La comida era de excelente calidad y el ambiente era encantador.

春節到五台山旅遊度假，提前在攜程預訂了花築堆翠閣民宿，就是奔着性價比來的，體驗下來果然沒讓人失望。初二晚上開車從北門上山，一路順利到了民宿所在地，位置很好，就在路邊不遠，鬧中取靜，停車便利，附近還有充電樁。民宿面積很大，一進去就感覺好温暖，接待大堂和公共空間都很氣派，就像豪華酒店一樣。順利辦理入住，服務人員幫着提行李到樓上房間，服務很到位。房間寬敞明亮，兩張床都是1.35米，足夠一家人睡了。房間地暖熱氣很足，裝修考究，床品嶄新，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，各方面都很完善。早餐雖然簡單，但熱騰騰的，吃得很飽。出行去景點，民宿貼心的安排車子送去附近公交站，這一點很令人感動，這服務真是五星級了。民宿整體環境很不錯，養的貓很可愛，讓我家孩子喜歡的經常去逗弄玩耍。總體來看，五台山堆翠閣民宿真的是性價比超高，非常值得推薦。

The hotel is in a tranquil area and the view is facing the mountain side thus I had a nice view. The room is nice and comfortable, I like the lotus flower paint on the wall. I was checking if it's a sticker or a painted. I think it's painted. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. What I like about the place is that I can use a washing machine because I stayed for days and it's like almost every week I travel. So using a washing machine is a luxury for me. The place is super clean. If I had a longer duration for my visa. I would stay for a month. There's so many restaurants around, but the vegetarian one is just a shuttle away like 5-10 minutes shuttle ride. Shuttle bus stop is like 2-3 minutes walk only. There's so many temples to go to, very rich in history. The hotel heating is good although I'm not a fan of coal heater I think because when I go out I can smell it. It would be nicer if they could think of something else. I think almost all hotels there, use the same heating method. Although, I'm used to going to cold places without heater so for me it's fine if they don't use but for the rest of their customers, I think they would need it. Almost everything is provided - appreciate it a lot!!! If I will come back again to Mt. Wutai, I would stay in the same place. I think the staff attendant when I was there (father of the hotel manager) is very polite and reliable. I didn't ask for food as I'm vegan, I don't want to bother him to make one for me. Wūtaishan is in itself a sacred place of pilgrimage of utter magic and life, staying in Tingfengyin Inn was an added charm of sheer care and concern. The Inn has a really sacred feeling, situated next to the Lush hills where the Bodhisattva of Wisdom impregnates his being to the core, in calm and quiet and in a traditional Chinese setting, the managers of this inn were always there to help and watch out for all sorts of needs for the pilgrim. Indeed, the spacious room, the beautiful view, to contemplate life while sipping some very good tea, to have been provided with the ample supply of drinking water, to have all the utilities one may need in the room or the washroom, to have amazingly ergonomic storage spaces, to have the possibility of having an early morning breakfast, the Inn has been excellent in providing a homely feeling to the guests, and for that I am deeply thankful.

Wholeheartedly recommend this place. It is clean and comfortable, with really modern showers/barhrooms. Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant). Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

I previously spent a few days at another hotel that was too far away from all the temples. So I decided to book a few days at this hotel and I'm really happy that I did! A lot of things are within walking distance, and the main temple cluster is only two or three stops away on the free shuttle bus service (No 8) Within walking distance: - Restaurants - Convenience Store - Fruit shops - ATM machines - Puhua Temple (peaceful and free lunch and dinner) - Small lake and park - Nanshan Temple (really peaceful) Two/three stops away by bus: - Main temple cluster Room is spacious and the bins were changed daily. The staff were really helpful and accommodating even though I couldn't speak Chinese. They were really friendly and warm, and never hesistated to answer any of my queries. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel makes a perfect 3-night stay for us. Perfect in every sense. The lady proprietor so efficiently and willingly planned the entire stay for us upon our arrival, booked (and paid on our behalf) the whole-day bus tour of all the 5 mountain sights, drove us to the starting bus depot, and even arrange our remaining private car routes to Pingyao, Taiyuan, Datong and Beijing. I absolutely recommend this place to stay, especially if you are foreigner and not familiar with Wutaishan, and all the logistics, you can be sure you will get all the help you need from this hotel, and your stay will be an enjoyable one.
