It’s overpriced, but being inside the desert national park has its perks. The bar at the top floor is very nice, and the decoration of the hotel is great. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Checking in at the visitor center is a let down, it’s crowded, noisy, disorganised, and the very junior staff cannot deal with foreigners. They have no clue what to do with passports, ask irrelevant questions about residence permits for visitors, and are not willing to speak English. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, meaning that you will have to fight off hordes of rude people and feral kids, who don’t understand the concept of queuing. The swimming pools are cold. The rooms are substandard for the price, and the bathrooms are tiny and flood when you shower. There’s a bar by the pool, but they don’t serve anything. It’s a unique experience, but don’t expect very high levels of comfort nor a 5 star hotel experience

I was initially in a dilemma about whether to stay here or not, but looking back, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip! After carefully planning the journey, getting there was actually quite straightforward. For those coming from Hohhot, here's the route I took: 1. Take a train from Hohhot to Dalate West Station. 2. Take a Didi from Dalate West Station to Huailian Tourism Resort Reception Center (about 40 minutes, around CNY50). 3. Purchase rm176 of the Whistling Dune Bay package ticket, which includes admission, cable car, Yuesha Island access, and a camel ride. 4. Resort guests have access to a special lane for the cable car, which takes about 8 minutes. 5. Upon arrival, take the resort jeep transfer to the accommodation area. 6. Enjoy activities such as sand sliding, swimming in the pool, stargazing, and simply experiencing the peaceful desert atmosphere at night. 7. After checkout, take the jeep transfer to the mini desert train, followed by the duck car ride, before returning via cable car. 8. It can be difficult to get a Didi from the resort reception area, but the staff kindly helped arrange a taxi back to Dalate West Station for around CNY50. 9. Continue the journey from Dalate West Station to Ordos. What impressed me most was the hospitality. From the WeChat communication before arrival to the reception team and resort staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The night experience was truly spectacular. The desert becomes so peaceful after sunset — all you can hear is the sound of the sand, while above you is a sky filled with countless stars and a beautiful moon. It was one of the most memorable moments of my trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique desert stay and unforgettable experience!

¡Este campamento cápsula, con su ubicación única, fue fantástico! El personal y el dueño fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El campamento cuenta con sus propios vehículos todoterreno para entrar y salir de la zona, y los paquetes ofrecen descuentos, lo que permite evitar las multitudes y disfrutar de la experiencia fuera de las horas punta: una experiencia verdaderamente maravillosa. Desde el atardecer, tienes todo el desierto para ti solo, con puestas de sol, fogatas, fuegos artificiales y cielos estrellados; todo lo que puedas desear está ahí mismo. Casualmente era el cumpleaños de mi hija, y el campamento incluso le regaló un peluche de camello. ¡Los niños estaban encantados con este viaje de cumpleaños inmersivo jugando en la arena y practicando sandboard!

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien. A pesar de la baja ocupación, el hotel intentó servir su mejor la carta ”buffet”, otras comidas estaban llenas de buffet - menos cantidad, pero todavía las variedades son buenas. Excelente - las recargas son principalmente sin azúcar añadido. La experiencia de la bendición de Aobao es una sesión de conocimiento muy profunda, gracias al 'Maestro', él nos explica las cosas muy apasionadamente. La entrada a la isla de Yusha (parque húmedo) y a la isla de XianSha (parque seco inude zip line, atravesar aTV, etc), camellos - todos ilimitados ... Fuimos a finales de abril, baja temporada. , no hay cuadrilla, fue divertido infinito. Camel se desplaza por ambas islas (parque) acompañado de hermosas paisajes del desierto, hemos hecho 3 viajes en diferentes momentos, el viaje al sol se desmoronaba. FUSHA Resort, aunque el cuarto es básico, pero era limpio, bueno dormir y espacial. Recuerde UV GAQUET, sombreros, máscara de cara, guantes.. Divirtase!

The hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

One of the best hotels i've been in China during my 1 month solo trip. Very clean, quiet, the breakfast was great and abundant and there is a free laundry room with modern washing machines and tumble dryers (i've used them and they worked perfectly). My room was spacious, super clean, the bed was very comfy and there was perfect hot water for a relaxing shower (in my chinese experience not to be taken for granted...). But what made my stay very pleasant was the perfect attitude and professionality of the receptionists WangMengyao and GuoJiamin. They were welcoming, nice and willing to help me. And they effectively helped me with transports and other requests, WangMengyao suggested me a very good restaurant also, i went there for two evenings. I booked this hotel because i wanted to visit the Kubuqi desert and the Xiangshawan tourist area and it was the right choice because it's just 15 minutes away by taxi but it's still in Dalad city, near a street with supermarkets and restaurants, so you're not in the middle of nowhere. Last but not least free tea and coffee (both good) available in the main hall.

During my recent stay in Ordos City, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its prime location; it is situated near popular attractions such as Wanda Plaza, the zoo, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop located directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city. The comfort of the accommodations was a mixed experience, however. While the quilt provided was soft and cozy, its thickness made it uncomfortable when the air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit itself left much to be desired. It produced a loud, typhoon-like noise, and I found that it didn’t effectively cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Despite the issues with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ordos City. Its cleanliness, roominess, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers.

У меня был номер с трансфером из аэропорта и ужином, можно было просто номер снять. Ужин сказали только до 21 часа, а трансфер сказали, что нужно звонить в отель. В номере холодно, от окон дует, персонал не говорит на английском.

Nice stay right at the entrance of the scenic area. Good room with a view over the desert. Not A lot of info for non-Chinese tourists about the desert islands and there prices for foreigners, but that’s life in China. Have to get out by taxi or DiDi as it’s out there a ways from main roads
