Experiencia de check-in: puedo sentir que esta tienda es muy acogedora y cálida tan pronto como me comunico con ella, y el servicio es particularmente bueno, lo que profundiza mi impresión de Xitang. Los artículos de tocador son desechables, lo cual resulta conveniente y tranquilizador. Rendimiento de alto costo. El precio no es caro, hay muchas tiendas alrededor y es conveniente para comer y beber. La entrada al lugar pintoresco está justo al lado, lo que hace que sea conveniente visitarlo. Elegí este B&B porque me encanta leer críticas Jajaja, vi que este hotel admitió sus errores, no se excusó y utilizó acciones prácticas para mejorar. Las personas con una actitud sincera siempre se quedarán más tiempo, ¡lo cual es digno de elogio!

Even before we arrived, communication was excellent. The owner met us in person and walked us to the hotel, located in a charming no-cars area right by the river, just 100 meters away. On the way, she gave us recommendations that turned out to be absolutely spot-on, we enjoyed our meal on the beautiful terrace thanks to her tips. In the evening, we asked for a knife to cut some fruit, and instead, she kindly brought it to us already cut and peeled, along with mosquito spray, such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s decor is tastefully done, combining style with real comfort, and we even had complimentary famous Wuyi rock tea, the best type to try! To top it all off, we were upgraded! We slept like babies and were amazed to wake up after 9 and a half hours of uninterrupted rest. Truly a perfect stay.

We had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.

嘉興旅行，為行程方便臨時入住嘉善，亞朵多次入住，硬件軟件都比較放心，酒店周邊商圈繁華，出行交通方便。 前台服務很好，幫忙升級了房型，離店時還遞上加熱的礦泉水，細節暖心。早餐也很豐盛，各方面都很滿意。

The bed space was clean and comfy, the bed was firm and comfortable. Like many hostels in China, you'll need to put the bedsheets on yourself. Slippers and a toothbrush are provided. I checked in in the morning and the room was quite dirty and disorganised. I've been told that the cleaning lady only comes in around noon and the next few days were cleaner. There were also no bedsheets in my bed space but the reception was quick to provide me with some. The journey from the metro station to the hostel is quite bumpy and not easy if you have a heavy 28-inch luggage like me since you also need to cross a main road. One last thing, it seems like they're in operation for quite some time now because the environment is not as bright as pictured. There are mold on the walls of the room, peeling paint etc. Overall still quite a good stay with the price with about a 10min walk to the Confucius Temple area.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

El pueblo está arreglado con viejo olor. El cuarto es muy limpio. Reservamos una habitación grande. Estaba pensando en una casa de tres bocas. Vamos a sorprendernos que el jefe nos haya añadido una cama gratis. Vamos a dormir cómodamente. La habitación es muy grande y hay una máquina de masajes. El ambiente de la posada es bueno y tiene un encanto antiguo. No hay ventana en el baño y es necesario mejorar las instalaciones.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a little tricky to find the place at first — totally our fault for not knowing the language — but a very kind local helped guide us right to it. The check-in was super easy, and the host made sure we had everything we needed, even showing us how to use the Wi-Fi and other amenities. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Xitang, close to everything. The only small downside (which had nothing to do with the hotel itself) was some noise from what sounded like a nearby party or club at night. It didn’t bother me, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, everything was perfect — highly recommend for anyone visiting this beautiful water town!

The facility is beautifully located within the ancient water town, which will require additional 100 Yuan per person for entry fee. The entry ticket allow you to enter into some history sites. Unfortunately no one informed us that the ticket has to be used on the date of purchase only. We were not provide much of the advices about town. After a few repeated requests, the owner had kindly help us call a cab to go back to Shanghai.
