El servicio en este B&B es excelente. Desde el momento en que entré por la puerta, el personal se mostró muy entusiasmado. Fueron como amigos familiares. No solo me ayudaron a llevar mi equipaje cuidadosamente, sino que también me presentaron las diversas instalaciones del B&B. en detalle los atractivos turísticos de los alrededores. Durante mi estadía, sin importar cuáles fueran mis necesidades, siempre pudieron atenderlas de manera rápida y atenta, lo que me hizo sentir cálida y acogedora. La habitación es cálida y confortable, con muñecos y plantas verdes. La habitación también tiene un sentido de diseño, la ventana está llena de paisajes verdes y las áreas públicas también son muy artísticas. La ubicación también es un punto destacado de este B&B. Está situado en un lugar pintoresco. El lugar pintoresco está a sólo unas decenas de metros de distancia, por lo que es fácil de encontrar. La ubicación privilegiada en el centro de la ciudad hace que viajar sea muy cómodo. El vino de ciruela casero del jefe también es delicioso. Me llevé dos botellas para compartir con amigos. Definitivamente elegiré quedarme aquí la próxima vez y lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

Una auténtica joya. La ciudad antigua de Xitang está a la vuelta de la esquina del hotel. El hotel y la habitación son mucho mejores que en las fotos. El desayuno era bueno y contaba con una gran variedad de platos locales. El personal de recepción durante el día es muy servicial. La chica se encargó de enviarme a la estación de autobuses de larga distancia en la Puerta 1 de la ciudad antigua para comprar nuestros billetes de autobús a Suzhou. En realidad, era una furgoneta de ocho plazas, muy cómoda. Sin duda me encantaría volver a este elegante hotel.

Even before we arrived, communication was excellent. The owner met us in person and walked us to the hotel, located in a charming no-cars area right by the river, just 100 meters away. On the way, she gave us recommendations that turned out to be absolutely spot-on, we enjoyed our meal on the beautiful terrace thanks to her tips. In the evening, we asked for a knife to cut some fruit, and instead, she kindly brought it to us already cut and peeled, along with mosquito spray, such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s decor is tastefully done, combining style with real comfort, and we even had complimentary famous Wuyi rock tea, the best type to try! To top it all off, we were upgraded! We slept like babies and were amazed to wake up after 9 and a half hours of uninterrupted rest. Truly a perfect stay.

We had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.

嘉興旅行，為行程方便臨時入住嘉善，亞朵多次入住，硬件軟件都比較放心，酒店周邊商圈繁華，出行交通方便。 前台服務很好，幫忙升級了房型，離店時還遞上加熱的礦泉水，細節暖心。早餐也很豐盛，各方面都很滿意。

The bed space was clean and comfy, the bed was firm and comfortable. Like many hostels in China, you'll need to put the bedsheets on yourself. Slippers and a toothbrush are provided. I checked in in the morning and the room was quite dirty and disorganised. I've been told that the cleaning lady only comes in around noon and the next few days were cleaner. There were also no bedsheets in my bed space but the reception was quick to provide me with some. The journey from the metro station to the hostel is quite bumpy and not easy if you have a heavy 28-inch luggage like me since you also need to cross a main road. One last thing, it seems like they're in operation for quite some time now because the environment is not as bright as pictured. There are mold on the walls of the room, peeling paint etc. Overall still quite a good stay with the price with about a 10min walk to the Confucius Temple area.

The facility is beautifully located within the ancient water town, which will require additional 100 Yuan per person for entry fee. The entry ticket allow you to enter into some history sites. Unfortunately no one informed us that the ticket has to be used on the date of purchase only. We were not provide much of the advices about town. After a few repeated requests, the owner had kindly help us call a cab to go back to Shanghai.

Very comfortable and convenient. The location is near the main intersection of most canals. The room was comfortable, with a good bath and a balcony. The hotel is currently undergoing some recovery and restoration, currently breakfast options are paused, so I hope it will be even better soon.

El pueblo está arreglado con viejo olor. El cuarto es muy limpio. Reservamos una habitación grande. Estaba pensando en una casa de tres bocas. Vamos a sorprendernos que el jefe nos haya añadido una cama gratis. Vamos a dormir cómodamente. La habitación es muy grande y hay una máquina de masajes. El ambiente de la posada es bueno y tiene un encanto antiguo. No hay ventana en el baño y es necesario mejorar las instalaciones.
