UUsuario invitadoTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages.
There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe.
We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special.
Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids.
Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.

YYi CuiMy family of 3, 2 adults and a 2 year old, stayed 1 night in the ”Forest Concert” room which is a kids' themed room. It's clear the room was originally designed to be a regular guest room but later turned into a themed kids' room, rather than a truly original themed room. I can tell because the room is a bit too cramped to fit in a kids' slide, stuffed animal seats, and kids' bed, and a play-fort. But my 2 year old still loved it nonetheless. These rooms are hard to come by so if you're maximizing your kid's happiness rather than your own in-room experience as an adult, it's worth it. However, the room's a bit aged, you can tell from scratches and signs of wear and tear in corners, bed post, walls, etc. Didn't feel like an exceptionally clean room, but not outright unclean either. The breakfast spread is rather plain, not bad, but I expected better for this room rate. I feel most Marriott's or Hyatt Regency in China could offer a better breakfast than here. My biggest complaint is that the hotel seems too commercially motivated for a luxury resort. What do I mean by this? First, in the lobby halls and hotel grounds there are walls and walls of merchandise being offered, and a large gift shop with Banyan Tree branded goods. In the room itself, there are constant reminders, on amenity stickers and tags, of which amenities are charged to your room if you take it home by accident (or not). Not surprisingly, not many things were generously given in this hotel - the fruit platter was pitiful, and no minibar items were free. I'm not expecting freebies but too many reminders of these things leaves a sour taste in my mouth. This was my second Banyan Tree in China, my first being in Huangshan, and both left me underwhelmed. I feel given this room rate, you can do much better in similar level brands in Japan or SE Asia, like high end Ritz Carltons or Park Hyatts.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad extraordinaria, con habitaciones únicas que combinan lujo, confort y naturaleza perfectamente.
El personal de recepción era siempre amigable y atento. El restaurante Nadia era especialmente comunicativo, informativo y siempre ansioso por ayudar con recomendaciones y asistencia. El director Lily se mostró con su rápida respuesta, bondad y excelente liderazgo que se podía sentir claramente en todo el resort.
También apreciamos realmente el conductor de buggy que sirvió servicio de navegación alrededor de la propiedad, útil, y listo para ayudar, añadiendo otra capa de confort a nuestra estancia.
Desafortunadamente, lluvió durante nuestra llegada, lo que fue un poco decepcionante porque esperamos explorar más de los hermosos entornos y experiencias al aire libre que el resort tiene que ofrecer. Aun así, la atmosfera agradable y la hospitalidad de la ciudad han hecho que nuestra estadía sea increíblemente agradable.

This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations.
Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers.
Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast.
Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/
I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub.
Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos.
The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to.
The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with.
I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

La cabaña familiar en la que nos hospedamos esta vez tiene una cama grande en el dormitorio principal en el primer piso y una azotea en el segundo piso con dos camas individuales separadas, muy adecuada para traer dos niños. Ya sabes, finalmente no es necesario que 4 personas se amontonen en 2 camas.
Tanto los dormitorios como el salón están equipados con aires acondicionados, y el baño tiene calefactor, por lo que no sentirás frío aunque la temperatura esté bajo cero.
Como nos mudamos antes del Festival de Primavera, había muy poca gente y contratamos el patio de recreo.
Hay pavos reales y ovejas en el lindo paraíso de mascotas del hotel, pero no se vio ningún otro animal.
Lo más valioso es que al anochecer se pueden ver muchas estrellas que no son visibles en las grandes ciudades.
El hotel es muy grande. Debe tomar un autobús de enlace hacia y desde el centro de recepción. Es inconveniente pedir comida para llevar. También puede comprar comida con anticipación. vaya a los restaurantes occidentales y chinos del hotel.

Facilities are perfect for a family trip. Very good room, restaurants, breakfast. Very beautiful landscape with the mountains right in front of you. There’s a green area with toys, activities for the kids, and also with squirrels, marmots (?) and rabbits. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Okeah for your support.
