She helped answer all my questions about how to get to the ski area and travel around Koktokay. On my first night, because I arrived late, she shared her barbecue dinner with me. She can speak great English and has travelled around the world herself, so she knows how to create a warm environment and can communicate with international travellers easily. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and will come to stay again when I am back in Koktokay.

This was a last minute booking due to a change in our itinerary. We arrived after 8pm and were pleasantly surprised that it was such a nice hotel. Check-in was speedy. Reception offered us a free upgrade, the room was spacious and clean. The streets and the buildings were all lit up which makes the town looks like Disneyland at night. There were supermarkets and eateries within walking distance. The reception staff on duty were very helpful in giving us (foreigners) directions on how to find them. Although we only stayed one night, the impression was good. Not a bad choice to stay a couple of nights to explore Fuyun. Highly recommended.
