Estadía inolvidable. Recomiendo esta experiencia. Su desayuno es muy delicioso y tiene una buena variedad. El adorable mini-carril le envía a la sala de or y viceversa la vista es muy hermosa 360 vista.

Helpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖. We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake. The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan. From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan. Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good. The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

Good location, slightly further than other hotels from the Sayram Lake area but it's only a short drive. Hotel staff was really nice and gave us free breakfast. They kept our passports for a really long time during check in for registration purposes. The hotel room decor was nice and room is spacious. The shower water was very hard to control, either too hot or too cold and the temperature keeps fluctuating. There is no air-conditioning, and the window faces the road, so we kept getting woken up by road noises. We were taking a nap in the late morning but the hotel did some renovation right under our window and we couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Encendedor, los tres de nosotros dormimos bien en la familia. La habitación está muy bien, el salón es muy limpio, el salón es muy relajado. El servicio también no dice nada. A la puerta del negocio, el hermano mayor se ha movido para ayudar a recoger el equipaje, y es muy entusiasta. Nos hemos alojado en la tienda antes de la hora, hemos planeado cuidadosamente la ruta de juego sencilla y muy cautelosa. La noche no está lejos del hotel, hay una 520 calles para ver una fiesta de baile nacional de canción y detonación. Eso es hermoso. La próxima vez vine a vivir en su casa [dedones de tontería]

Really cool experience to stay in a traditional Kazakh yurt in their own community. The host led us through their own fenced off area of the mountain (as a tourist you can't just drive in yourself). The blankets were clean and we had a view of the lake by just opening the yurt door. There are no showers, only a pit toilet, but there is crisp running water drawn from the mountains somewhere. It was really cold outside but the charcoal heating was sufficient enough for us to wear T shirts to sleep. We ordered dinner and breakfast in advance and the host's mum's cooking is fantastic. Every dish was the best version we've had so far on our trip. You could see the sheep and cows being herded at the beginning and end of the day. The friendly yellow dog kept the cattle from wandering too close to our camp. He's a well trained, good boy! Would definitely like to stay again.

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

Al mantenerse en el estado de ánimo de la prueba, el resultado fue sorpresa, no hay ninguna provocación, ni medio ambiente, ni sanidad ni servicio. Los jefes son especialmente buenos, entusiastas y generosos, además de dar muchos consejos para jugar, vivir tranquilo y cómodo. Nuestra siete personas se quedan casualmente, el espacio es enorme, el espacio es amplio y limpio, muy adecuado para la unificación de amigos, el viaje a la familia, la experiencia global está llena, es definitivamente el punto más satisfactorio de este viaje.

The yurts were of big size, able to accommodate six people in one. They are traditionally decorated. Bedding is provided. During the night, it can get cold, but the coal stove really helped, although it did look a bit unsteady. Hot water for tea/coffee is available. The people were friendly. They picked us up from the North Gate. We enjoyed chatting with them, learning about their culture, and playing cards. They can provide meals at an additional price. However, breakfast is included. Improvements should be made to the toilet facilties by adding a permanent outer frame structure to the drop toilet for privacy.

La situación es muy difícil durante nuestra estancia cerca del lago Sayram porque nuestras aplicaciones de pago y transferencia bancaria no funcionaban, y no teníamos suficiente dinero para el transporte de vuelta a la estación de ferrocarril. Ayudó a llamar a varios conductores y trató de encontrar a alguien que pudiera aceptar la cantidad de dinero que teníamos. He viajado a muchos lugares en China, y experiencias como éstas son por qué siempre digo que el pueblo chino es muy amable y el Sr. Song es uno de ellos. Si fue mi primer y último viaje a Sayram Lake, todavía recordaré su bondad para siempre. Muchas gracias por ayudarnos en un momento difícil. 😊
