El hotel está cerca del Aeropuerto de Vancouver y ofrece un servicio de transporte cada media hora. El servicio de transporte se encuentra en la tercera planta del aeropuerto y es fácil de encontrar. La habitación era espaciosa, con dos cómodas camas queen. Hay café gratis en el vestíbulo de la planta baja. También hay un restaurante al lado que sirve comida deliciosa y es una popular cadena de restaurantes en línea. Hay una parada de autobús frente al hotel, lo que lo hace muy práctico.

There are pros and cons to this place. This was a splurge for my last night in Vancouver. The thing that I was most excited about was the soaker tub with accompanying window with beautiful view. Well, whoever installed this particular tub was incompetent because it is backwards. It literally faces the wall. If you crick your neck to look out the window you will see a parking lot and buildings. Now if the tub was facing the way it should be you would simply be gazing out the window at a lovely view of the water and mountains. Additionally, the heated flooring in my room did not work. Next thought .. why would you make the toilet be in it's own room .. but with clear glass walls and door? Defeats the purpose. Sliding doors to a bathroom are also impracticable. Thankfully I was a solo traveler but if you're not, be forewarned! The service upon arrival was good. The lobby is small with not enough seating. Vacuuming outside my door at 8:30 am was a little jarring but thankfully I needed to be awake anyway. Upon check out, I informed them about the faulty floor heating and also said, ”While I know this isn't your fault and you can't fix this you may want to know that the bathtub in this room is backwards.” They didn't care lol. The airport shuttle was great. 👍🏼 Bed is comfortable. The robe and slippers were appreciated.

We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

Arriving late in the evening from the airport, after travelling nearly 24 hours, it was nice to have an overnight stay in a room that was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk, were all friendly and helpful.

Location is convenient, close to Bridgeport Skytrain Station. Though refurbishment seems somewhat outdated, still in general satisfactory. Breakfast is good albeit choices are limited. Wifi service is efficient. Good choice for budget travellers.

Tiene un aspecto bastante descuidado. Para empezar, la recepcionista me asignó una habitación en la planta baja… y por la noche se veían ratas por todo el hotel. No vale lo que cuesta porque se ve anticuado y descuidado. Las almohadas no son nuevas y las alfombras necesitan una buena limpieza. Está bien para una estancia corta, pero no estoy seguro de si volvería a alojarme allí.

La habitación está muy limpia y la cama es bastante cómoda. Sin embargo, ¿no hay zapatillas ni cepillos de dientes en la ducha? Debe prepararlos usted mismo. El servicio es muy bueno. pero no me dieron dos botellas de agua el segundo día. Se sintió un poco extraño. Hay muchos restaurantes chinos y sushi japonés en los alrededores, así como el supermercado T&T, que es muy conveniente para ir de compras. La mayoría de la gente habla chino y hay un minibús que te lleva desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

The location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel. The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation. On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it. Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
