We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The self check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. We truly appreciated the great hospitality. The only two things that could be improved are the hairdryer and the shower water pressure. The hairdryer was quite underpowered. I have long hair, and it normally takes me about 10 minutes to dry it, but with the hotel hairdryer it took around 30 minutes. The shower water pressure was also quite low, which made showering less comfortable. Other than these two minor issues, everything else was excellent. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Our 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room. The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing. We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet. We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too. Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience. It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed. A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind. In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty. Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy

Was given a ground floor room so it was a bit sketchy to open the window. The bathroom is alright, i wished it was more clean. Overall comfortable stay

Best Western Mountainview Inn (Golden, BC) 📍 Situación y entorno: El hotel está situado en la ciudad de Golden, con facilidad de transporte, la puerta puede ver las montañas de la Lucha de la nieve en la distancia, con un estacionamiento gratuito y muy amigable para los turistas automotores. En general, el estilo típico de la cadena hotelera norteamericana, la limpieza y la ordenación, el diseño de la vía por la puerta hacen que el transporte de equipaje y el transporte de cargas sean convenientes. 🛏️ Habitaciones y instalaciones: El espacio de habitaciones dobles que vivimos es amplio, las camas son suaves y cómodas, y dispone de un sofá, microondas, nevera y televisión, así como un aire acondicionado independiente, con detalles llenos. El baño está limpio y brillante, con la luz de la cosmética y un montón de pantalones de toallas. Lo más sorprendente es que el hotel es muy amable con los animales de compañía y los niños de pelo pueden permanecer fácilmente. 🏊 Instalaciones públicas: la piscina interior es una planta de cartes del hotel, la piscina es limpia y limpia, el tema de esquí en la pared está lleno de características locales, la piscina puede descansar en la cuna de la piscina, es una excelente opción para relajarse después de un largo camino. ✨ Sensación general: el servicio de recepción es entusiasta y eficiente, el desayuno caliente gratuito puede complementar rápidamente la energía, junto con unas instalaciones de alto costo y mejores, tanto en viajes familiares como en viajes con animales de compañía, son una opción de cambio muy fiable en el camino de la montaña de Laki.

The hotel is quite dated and needs some tlc to bring it up to the standard we were expecting. Unfortunately every door needs re painting and the fact that this is left for guests to see demonstrates some lack of care. The two bedroomed family suite was supposed to have Air Conditioning, but in one bedroom this was completely broken and in the other the unit was merely a fan (NOT air conditioning as described) which you couldn’t switch off, so was noisy all night. Breakfast was very basic and the tiny room where this was served completely inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel - who had to queue to get in. We resorted to eating in our rooms as there was no space to sit down there. The pool was quite nice but small.

There was no elevator, but only 2 short sets of stairs. Was not a problem. Room was good, although don’t understand why there aren’t rooms available at solo travellers prices. No safe.Hot tub had  sand in the bottom . No towels one time. Pool area clean though. Breakfast was good, ran out of a few items and had to ask for them. Good selection of tea, although no Red Rose. Coffee was awesome. Wondering if a smoking tower could be out by picnic tables. Such a nice spot to sit. Instead of smoking out front  at the entrance.

El personal de servicio es muy entusiasta y puede tratar nuestros problemas a tiempo! La habitación es limpia y limpia, el espacio es cómodo ～!!! Si quieres viajar al Parque Nacional de Yoho, la opción de vivir aquí es buena!!! ¡Hay restaurantes de comida indios junto a ellos ～ ¡La comida es deliciosa!
