Fantástico
AAsia R 123I travelled to Sarajevo with my two sisters. However, the apartment was extremely spacious and big enough for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV's, there were sufficient facilities that we could make our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was around a 15 minute walk from old town, this was close enough - we could walk there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there were also nice places to eat close by as well as a small grocery shop we could buy a few bits from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the comfortable apartment played a role in this.

UUsuario invitadoНам все понравилось, расположение отличное, находится в самом сердце города, найти было не сложно, но получилась сложность с попаданием во внутрь, т.к день была просто закрыта, нам не приходило никаких сообщений о том как попасть в хостел, пришлось искать WiFi, что бы связаться с владельцем, ситуация разрешилась довольно быстро, но как говориться небольшой осадочек остался.
Сам владелец очень приветлив, извинился за сложившуюся ситуацию.
Пребывание в хостеле оставило в целом положительные эмоции.

UUsuario invitadoPequeño hotel muy limpio y con rico desayuno. Desde el hotel hasta el casco antiguo hay que bajar una gran cuesta, unos 500-600 metros, pasando por un cementerio, pero es seguro y el camino es luminoso. Regresamos después de cenar y vimos a dos policías patrullando.

AAToiStayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved.
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming.
I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

Limpieza: Buena.
Entorno: El hotel ofrece un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Tiene una ubicación céntrica en Sarajevo, con vistas al Puente Latino y a las calles de la planta baja. Está a unos 3 km de lugares de interés como la Fortaleza Amarilla.
Servicio: El servicio es excelente. Desde indicarte dónde aparcar y llevarte el equipaje a la habitación, hasta te indican lugares cercanos y dónde cambiar moneda. Muy serviciales.

UUsuario invitadoIncredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too.
Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed.
The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

UUsuario invitadoUn hotel de la era soviética con un encanto antiguo que necesitaría una renovación seria. Después el riesgo sería que se pierda esa atmósfera vintage de ”Guerra Fría”. Mi habitación era espaciosa pero un poco ruidosa porque fue construida en una época en la que el aislamiento tenía poca importancia. Mi reserva de trip.com no apareció hoy, pero se resolvió en 5 minutos. La zona alrededor del hotel está abandonada pero es fácil aparcar. El desayuno es bastante normal y el personal está en piloto automático. Sin embargo, por 35€ la noche, la experiencia valió la pena.
