Very friendly and attentive staff! Location is perfect as well. Very near many of the highlights in Sarajevo. It is in the old town and a 5 minute walk at most from the Latin Bridge and a 10 minute walk from city hall!

El hotel es un lugar tan agradable que sirve plenamente a la finalidad de mi viaje solo a Bosnia. En el hotel, el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Es un sentimiento significativo. Gracias especial a Demir por hacer mi estancia agradable y memorable. Incluso cuando comencé a enviarle mensajes antes de venir (unos meses antes de ☺️) él era muy comprensible. La función de auto-incheck también fue muy simple, y cuando llegué mucho más tarde la noche después de las horas de incheck, estaba en whatsapp me ayudó todo el camino hasta que llegué a mi habitación. Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

La habitación del hotel es grande y el desayuno es rica! Reservamos una habitación aleatoria y el hotel nos ha aumentado la suite. Excelente!

Отель очень классный, нам понравился. Классная девушка на ресепшене, которая нам помогала во всём. В конце проживания мы попросили вызвать такси, нам тоже с этим помогли. Жили на 14 этаже, оттуда открываются классные виды на город (не прям сильно живописно, но горы классные 😍). Завтраки вкусные, много выбора всего: всегда были овощи, яйца (один раз омлет оказался сильно подгоревшим и ужасно невкусным), выпечка, свежие фрукты) Единственное, что не понравилось: на ресепшене при заселении нам сказали, что завтрак начинается с 6 утра. Нам нужно было рано уехать на экскурсию, поэтому мы пришли на завтрак к самому открытию (в 6:15). Было уже несколько блюд, но были выключены автоматы для кофе (следовательно, горячей воды для чая тоже не было). Ходила женщина и накрывала еду, я спросил у неё, можно ли налить хотя бы чай, она проигнорировала меня полностью, сделала недовольное лицо и ушла. В итоге мы остались без завтрака

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

The hotel at was located right on the main road, making it convenient for traveling to the city center. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.

Este hotel se reservó temporalmente después de que cambiara el itinerario. El sitio es muy bueno. El personal de recepción es cálido y atento y me ayudó mucho. Es una muy buena experiencia. La visitaré la próxima vez.

Un hotel de la era soviética con un encanto antiguo que necesitaría una renovación seria. Después el riesgo sería que se pierda esa atmósfera vintage de ”Guerra Fría”. Mi habitación era espaciosa pero un poco ruidosa porque fue construida en una época en la que el aislamiento tenía poca importancia. Mi reserva de trip.com no apareció hoy, pero se resolvió en 5 minutos. La zona alrededor del hotel está abandonada pero es fácil aparcar. El desayuno es bastante normal y el personal está en piloto automático. Sin embargo, por 35€ la noche, la experiencia valió la pena.
