Súper bien ubicado, frente al Gare Saint Lazare, cerca de la Opera Garnier, los grandes almacenes Lafayette, Printemps, y las grandes avenidas. Personal muy amable y servicial, desde el servicio de limpieza de cuartos, a la recepción (desde antes y después de nuestro arribo) así como el personal de la cafetería. La habitación bien, el baño amplio, con un gran espacio para todo lo que un viajero porta. Muy buen desayuno buffet (con jugo de naraja recien exprimido), de gran relación precio-producto, frente a lo que te ofrecen en los petit dejeuner en cafetrias. Pasamos una semana en este hotel, gran servicio.

The room was very noisy (a party next to the hotel) until 2.00 am. The recepcionist did nothing to help and solve the situation. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect a quiet room. Look for something else.

Great location. Not bad on the price per night. Secure enough (left bags in their luggage area and got them back ok). Only thing is the walls are thin so you can hear people walking around outside and also upstairs.

I stayed at this hotel for three days and found the staff always very friendly and helpful. Every evening when I returned from my visit to the centre of Paris, I found the room clean and tidy.Recommended!

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Across the street from the train station, with restaurants close by. The breakfast needs more variety. I would stay here again. The location is perfect. There isn't much else you can ask for. The main attractions are 10 minutes away by train.

We had an excellent "family room," which was actually 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds pushed together. The rooms were spotless, as was the very nice bathroom. We appreciated the air conditioning and the tea maker in the room. We didn't eat breakfast there. The hotel is very conveniently located and has a 24-hour reception desk, which was great because our train was severely delayed and we didn't arrive until after 11 pm. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful, as were the two ladies we met in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out. The hotel was a great value. I would stay there again.

Great location close to some shops and close to metro and bus station with very good connections to every spot in the city, fantastic service offered by the staff, everyone was super friendly and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible; nice, clean and quiet rooms.
