Excelente hotel y la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Está en una zona muy tranquila y tiene transporte público al lado, para llegar a cualquier punto de Paris. Estuvimos en una habitación muy amplia y no faltaba ningún detalle. Las instalaciones eran completamente nuevas. Cabe destacar la limpieza y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Sin duda una experiencia para repetir.

La verdad es que este hotel es excelente, es todo nuevo, no falta ningún detalle, las habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas, el desayuno un 10. Tiene buena comunicación para ir a los sitios más bonitos de París, las personas de recepción muy agradables, atentas y simpáticas, sin duda repetiremos porque nos encantó. La limpieza también es para destacar, todo impecable.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel during a 5-night trip to Paris for her Spring break, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is new, everything is sparkling clean, the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. We loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings. The location is really convenient, just steps from several major subway lines, Opera, restaurants, shopping, and walking distance from several major landmarks. Free water and soft drinks in the minibar and the "soft open bar" after 2pm every day (with water, soda, juices, and snacks) were also very nice touches, we really appreciated them when we came back after a day of sightseeing.

It is a lovely hotel and ideally located. A few points to note: * Very clean and tidy * Very polite and helpful staff * Lovely clean ample resident space with free drinks and coffee * Various themed floors which give a quirk but fresh feel. * Rooms are good and no sound from street * Ideally located by various metro stations * Head just down the road to Printemps and head to the top floor for an amazing view of pairs * Very good breakfast * Lovely pool and fitness room. I took my wife for her 50th birthday, and she cannot wait to stay again. Merci pour cette expérience merveilleuse et j'ai hâte de revenir vous rendre visite!

I loved this hotel! Amazing location, beautiful lobby, wonderful happy hours, and management was so kind and upgraded our room and gave me a gift for my birthday. They were so helpful and went above and beyond! They had a perfect crib for our baby as well. Definitely recommend!

I loved the pool very much, the sauna is to die for, no literally someone died in there lol! I want to thank the staff for being so communicative about how much they hate me, its a great thing to wake up to in the morning. The food was very good, and the kitchen staff would do a performance ritual, where theyd lick the plates clean in front of us Great times!

We were warmly greeted by the attentive hotel staff, whose genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. Check-in was seamless and the room was impeccably clean with a sumptuous king-size bed. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Paris. What also sets this hotel apart, is its offering of afternoon refreshments in all the hotels within the group across Paris. We will certainly be back.

I stayed in this establishment for a weekend. The location is ideal with access to transport and exceptional restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel is clean, the spa very pleasant, and above all a decoration that I love! the staff was also welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend !

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was one of the few hotels in Paris that would guarantee us adjoining family rooms on booking. Pool and fitness area are great and the free soft drinks made a big difference travelling with children. Would definitely recommend!
