Beautiful historical building in a great location. Definitely get a room in the back. The rooms that look out over the street are very noisy well past midnight. Also there is no air conditioning. Our room was quite warm as we had to close the windows to dim some of the street noise. There was a ceiling fan which did help a little. Also there was no coffee machine, mini fridge or safe in the room. Great location, good for a weekend.

Horrible people. They completely ripped me off and lied over and over Horrible, unacceptable over priced hotel. Dirty dusty smelly. 6 flight of stairs- to room. Tiny elevated that only goes 2 floors We could stay was too disgusting. They kept my money, even though they rented the room & lied about it Not to be trusted Shabby despicable organization Do not stay here You will be sorry

Charming, classical interior setting, with personalized service beginning with a welcoming tasse de café, continuing with helpful directions and suggestions, and then taking my bags up to my room for me, it was a delightful stay just steps from Place des Vosges, boutiques, cafés, galleries, restaurants all in the heart of le Marais. My trip culminated with the owner of the hotel arranging for the best taxi driver ever to take me to the airport for my early flight…she even called the taxi driver en route to ask me about my stay. Amazingly, I felt as if I was the only guest even though the hotel was fully booked.

Old world charm with modern clean rooms! Newly renovated bathrooms with great showers. We had a twin room on the 3rd. floor facing the street. Very comfortable beds. Cafes line the street so can be noisey with the windows open. We slept well with earplugs and windows shut. Staff very friendly and helpful,good english. My only suggestion is better lighting in the stairway is needed.

It was a lovely stay. We were greeted by friendly folks that helped us with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, every space was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. They even called a driver for the airport trip since cabs are difficult to come by in Paris.
The vintage furniture in the lobby was exquisite.
It was also in a wonderful location.

The hotel is super cute and in a great location in a great neighborhood. That said, it has very limited amenities and the rooms are very small. The elevator starts on Level 1 (one level up from the street) and is miniscule, so if you have a lot of luggage you will be carrying up at least one small rickety flight of stairs first. The walls are thin, so if someone has a huge argument, or gets overly amorous (or both!) then you will hear the whole thing....

Wonderful part of town! Easy walk from metro, to dining and many walkable cafes. Bustle of cafe nightlife without traffic street noise and wonderful vibe.
Staff was very nice, thorough and welcoming. Room was compact, clean, good beds and a good room for 3 adults, small spaces normal for Paris. Will definitely come back!

Super small hotel without the usual amenities. For me the room was too hot, no aircon, just a ceiling fan with one strong setting, so I didn't sleep well, which is all I want when on a business trip.
