The hotel is situated within the area that we would like to visit. The hotel team were friendly and nothing was too much for them. We will definitely visit this hotel again

Good location. 15-20 minutes Walking distance to tourist spots. Japanese food street around the corner. 7- 10 minutes walking distance to metro stations

Stay for 3 nights and already booked for upcoming trip in April again

Good location, near many eateries, lots of Asian food around. Located a safe district, relatively small pathways but safe. Walking distdance to major attractions. Nearby Carrefour just 1min away. Friendly receptionists. Very small lobby, can get crowded and squeezy at times. Free coffee and tea but machine is usually not refilled or cleaned, could be better. One big lift was down throughout the stay, leaving with only 1 very small lift to service the whole hotel. Security is not good, no need access card to use the lifts to access floors. Big and modern room. Clean and spacious for junior suite, but located at lower floors. Front lobby is a very small narrow road, not convenient for drop offs.

Room clean, breakfast of various choice and delicious, service always helpful (greetings for Rose) and the cherry of top is hotel locations which is super convenient! Highly recommend for those who want to discover city of Bangkok without spending a lot of money on accommodation. This it what you’re looking for!

The best location you can get for such a good price. The room was big, modern and pretty. The breakfast had big variety. The man from the reception was very helpful and nice. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris

The location of this hotel was very good, just around the corner from a metro station, within easy walking distance from the Opera and transport from the airport, and good restaurants, bars and a small supermarket very close by. We had booked a Classic room which was on the top floor and along one side of the room, there were the eaves which made it very difficult to get around the bed, you could easily bang your head if you forgot to duck down and we did. There was only one small wardrobe and we struggled for space a little, the same in the bathroom with not enough shelf space for toiletries etc. The design of the units could have been planned better. We had booked a breakfast package in the deal, but when we arrived, they told us that only breakfast for one person had been booked as there was only one name on the booking. It does clearly say that breakfast for 2 persons each day was included and that was written on the printout that I showed them and on the booking confirmation online but I took their word for it and we had to pay again. I should have checked again more properly myself on the paper. So now we have the hassle of trying to claim this back from the hotel. We chose this hotel mainly for the pool and spa facilities, which were very welcoming after lots of walking about in the day and located in the basement with a small gym room and the breakfast area which was well stocked with a good choice of foods. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and you felt at ease but I felt that the price was a little too high for the standard of the hotel and room that we had.

The pool was amazing. Very clean and friendly hotel. Lovely staff at all times of day and helpful and understanding for jet lagged travellers!!

場所もすごくよく部屋も綺麗なのですが お風呂の扉の開閉が微妙すぎて、水がダダ漏れ あと、この金額払ってこのシャンプーはめちゃくちゃ頭ガシガシになるので注意です あとは店員さんは優しいしいい場所でした。 プールはとても綺麗でした！
