Please be assured that we take the security and well-being of our guests very seriously.In response to your claim, we conducted an internal investigation, including a thorough inspection of the room in question, but unfortunately, we were unable to recover your items. We fully understand the frustration and distress this situation may have caused, and we deeply regret it.As stated during your check-in, we provide a safety box in every room for the protection of your valuable items. While we have complete trust in the integrity of our staff, and we have never experienced any theft cases at our hotel, we understand that unforeseen incidents can always occur.We also encourage you, one more time, to file a report with the relevant authorities to report the loss, although we understand that this may be complicated after your departure. We are ready to assist you in this process, should you request it, as we previously offered before you decided not to respond to our phone calls.Finally, we are genuinely sorry to hear that your reply to our email was rejected due to a supposed block from our side. We want to assure you that this does not align with our practices or ethics. To clarify the situation, we contacted our IT department, which confirmed that no block was applied from our end. It appears that the block likely originated from our hosting provider, which marks certain @qq.com addresses as spam.We would be delighted to welcome you back and provide you with a better experience.
