Valoraciones de Hilton Garden Inn Paris la Villette

El servicio es bueno, puedo responder de inmediato si hay alguna pregunta y puedo consolar muy bien a los invitados. Las instalaciones son deficientes y el aire acondicionado de la habitación es completamente inútil. ¡La temperatura es extremadamente baja y los vestuarios no solucionarán el problema! ¡No recomendado! La higiene de la habitación no era muy buena. Había polvo en muchos lugares. ¡También había mucho polvo en el armario, que manchaba toda la ropa colgada en el interior!

Gran experiencia hotelera. Todo el personal de recepción fue muy servicial. La habitación es espaciosa. La acústica es silenciosa y la ropa de cama es muy cómoda. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de estaciones de metro y restaurantes. Las ofertas de desayuno fueron geniales. Volveré seguro si estoy en París.

Gran hotel, muy buena insonorización ya sea en los pasillos o en el exterior. Dormimos bien. La ropa de cama es excelente. El personal es muy agradable y da buenos consejos. Buen desayuno con un exterior pequeño y tranquilo. Recomiendo absolutamente este hotel

Realmente disfruté de mi estancia en el Hilton Inn. Hotel muy nuevo, increíblemente limpio y muy cerca de una estación de metro. El hotel era muy espacioso para un hotel en París, la cama era cómoda y la ducha era increíble. Recomiendo encarecidamente una estancia en el hotel Hilton. Mencionaría que está en las afueras de París, pero las cercanas conexiones de metro significan que puedes estar en el corazón de París en 20 minutos. El desayuno también es bueno. Lo único que puedo decir es que la ropa de cama y las toallas se cambian cada 3 días, a menos que lo solicites específicamente. Pero por el precio, creo que es lo mejor que puedes conseguir en París.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, very welcoming, situated near the La Villette recreational complex. The room was cosy, perfect balance in terms of not too cold with colours nor not too dark. The Queen sized bed was magnificent but the pillows weren't of my standard, as I found no support in that, but of course, crucially, pillow comfort is subjective to the user. The room was spacious with plenty of natural lighting as well as enough artificial lighting too. There is a desk area and some convenient wall storages, as well as an inbuilt wardrobe for further additional storage. The TV had French channels mostly and understandably, but this being The Garden Inn, the TV is setup to cast your apps from your phone to watch on the TV, but note, this is only an Android feature. All in all, a relaxing and joyous place to stay. The area is nice and quiet and away from the street noise. However, the fellow guests on the same floor had no decency to respect other guests, as they kept closing their doors heavy handedly and making noise whilst walking along the corridor. But putting that aside, the hotel quality and services is what you'd expect to find from the Garden Inn.

Location is near to the metro station, however its locating at district 19, relatively dangerous to tourist. Hotel is great, service is nice with decent and clean bedrooms. The location is the only thing is slightly less desirable.

Very far from the centre. You need to walk around 5 minutes to go to the metro station. The hitel itself was very good and the room was good size. Very clean and the staff were very friendly

Very Good & comfortatable

Our stay here was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, with a big TV, which could be used to watch Netflix or cast any video we wished. The staff were friendly and helpful and they all spoke excellent English. There was a small, but useful gym too. It's situated 20 minutes from The Louvre by metro, with other main attractions within reach by metro a little longer. Overall, very very good.

Very helpful receptionists! Our check in was delayed to past midnight due to unforeseen issues, and they were able to accommodate to our request and waited for us!
