Called hotel reception many times but no response. We stayed at this property as marriage party booked these rooms. Best advice: avoid."

"Entrance to the property is sited beside semi open sewage drain, so constant smell. Building work next door till 9. 30pm. Hotel beside 4 lane highway, constant noise and dust. Food was good. The toilet in room was leaking to shower floor. The room door would not lock. In my view the hotel is lacking maintenance and they are unwilling to spend any money. It is being run into the ground. And is trying to achieve as much money through the doors as possible with little outlay. Very unprofessional at desk. The manager owner very rude and non committal."

"El hotel de Orlov, el panipat para 1 noche, 5 habitaciones que reservamos, la comida era buena, el servicio era muy bueno, especialmente Sardarji en la obligación de la noche en el servicio de la habitación, excelente persona con buen comportamiento. Sólo una persona de la recepción, olvidé su nombre Devender o alguna gajendra, tiene algún problema de actitud desde el principio hasta el final, muy rudo, no es adecuado para la industria del hotel, necesitamos humilde con un buen servicio de huéspedes en los hoteles. El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad y es un hotel de gran calidad."
