Valoraciones de Henann Resort Alona Beach

El lugar donde se encuentran múltiples resorts junto a la piscina y frente al mar. No hay tiempo de inactividad, solo continúa divirtiéndote :) pásalo con mis hermanos.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en Henann Alona Beach. El hotel es grande y estuvo muy ocupado durante el check-in, sin embargo, tienen tantas piscinas que no se nota la cantidad de gente. Nos lo pasamos muy bien en el bar de la piscina durante la hora feliz y pasamos todo el tiempo en el resort. A los restaurantes les vendrían bien opciones un poco más saludables y el desayuno con opciones más vegetarianas (ni siquiera había una barra de yogur o granola natural, y había más opciones poco saludables). Si sales del complejo, ¡entras directamente en una calle llena de bares y restaurantes! El gimnasio estaba muy bien equipado y las habitaciones eran buenas. Por favor mejoren las cortinas, ya que no oscurecían la habitación.

¡Viajamos por primera vez a Filipinas y nuestra primera parada fue Henann Alona! ¡Este complejo ha sido increíble desde el servicio del personal, las comodidades y las instalaciones, el desayuno buffet y muchos otros! Me encantaría volver a este complejo nuevamente. ¡Sigue así Henann Alona!

Henann Resort hace honor a su nombre. Al alquilar una Villa, usted es VIP, por lo que realmente se sentirá superior gracias al amable y servicial personal. Obtiene acceso a comodidades que solo las Suites/Villas pueden tener. Alquilamos solo una noche, pero definitivamente reservaremos más tiempo la próxima vez.

All the staff are very approachable and Friendly. They helped us to have a surprise birthday greeting for my daughter too. Resort is clean and smells good all the time

Everything was perfect but then during Dinner at sea breeze went crowded due to private group also have to dine at the buffet and they were aloooottt!!! I just hope they arrange it separately outside since their tables were outside. The ambiance inside was like at the supermarket. Nevertheless, the beach, pool, rooms, staffs are all great! Will definitely be back.

Best location in Alona Beach, huge rooms, 3 pools and all amenities you would expect from a 5*rated resort.

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

1 night spent here and we were pleased that we hadn’t booked more. The location was fine. With beach access. Cleanliness was also fine. The disappointment came when I realized the drinks I was being served were not as advertised. Buy one get one free sings are plastered all around and I was led to believe that rule would apply to anything on the menu. I was mistaken..!! Alongside this I was a little surprised to find no complimentary coffee or tea in the room. As a result I was very much looking forward to a nice cup of coffee with my breakfast, only to be told that anything other than instant coffee would be charged separately, and not included in the breakfast package. This seemed to be the theme throughout the short stay. Guests are having to pay extra for every little thing which makes it very difficult to relax.

The room and the pool are magnificent. The beach area is not too nice as compared in Oceanica. Nevertheless we enjoyed a lot in the pool area.

Location is great - has a great beach front and has easy access to the main road, near restaurants and airport as well. Service is excellent, staffs are well-trained and friendly. The hotel has various pools with a pool bar each, and it is great that the beach side pool is open til midnight. Amenities are okay. Bfast buffet is great - have a wide variety of food. They also have a dinner buffet at a discounted rate for hotel guests. Early check-in was not available during my time because there’s a lot of guests. But overall, still a great stay.

We had a great time staying in Henann Alona… The staff was remarkable. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. That’s the biggest plus for this hotel.

First time to stay in a Hennan hotel and was impressed with Hennan Alona Beach. The place is clean and staff are really nice and friendly. The food is great, too! Will definitely recommend this place!
