Mi estancia en el Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon en Goa fue una experiencia excepcional que superó mucho mis expectativas. La habitación que me asignaba no sólo era cómoda, sino que también tenía un baño muy amplio, mejorando el confort y el lujo de mi estancia. El hotel dispone de unas instalaciones de primera calidad, con piscina especialmente destacada debido a su ambiente invitante y a su condición de pristina. La experiencia culinaria del Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon fue igualmente impresionante. La calidad de los alimentos servidos en el restaurante fue excelente, con cada plato que refleja las altas normas culinarias del hotel. Uno de los aspectos más tranquilos y agradables de mi estancia fue la tranquila playa privada accesible a los huéspedes del hotel. Ofrece una retirada pacífica del aburrimiento y la burbuja de la vida cotidiana, permitiendo momentos de tranquilidad y relajación en medio de la belleza natural de Goa. - ¿Qué?

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

The crown is one of the worst hotels I booked. When you enter the property, it smells of sewage water. Then the lifts are so dingy and have a musty smell. When you enter the hotel lobby from there onwards, it smells of a strong perfume, which anyone with allergies for strong smells will start feeling sick. I could not stay in the hotel and total them. I am feeling sick with the smells they still tried to convince me to stay back by showing me different rooms. Finally, they showed me one without any perfume smell, n I decided to stay back. I left for my work, and in the evening, when I was back in the room, it was smelling very musty, and I then understood the perfume was to cover up the bad smell in the entire hotel. I left the hotel right away at night and then had to go hotel hunting with my child. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone it's just a fleece. How can one live in such musty and strong perfumed rooms, like living in a perfume bottle. At night, it smells of cigarettes outside the casino on the lobby level. I asked them for a refund of 17,000 for 2 days, but they refused and said only they would refund one day. The staff was very nice, but when you can't live in such a horrible atmosphere, what's the use of good staff. Do not make the mistake of booking here ever. The hotel is badly in need of a revamp. There are so many better and cheaper hotels in the North. Double Tree by Hilton Arpora. Novotel and Ginger panjim. To mention a few of them. I can't understand how can the owners live in peace, cheating people of their hard earned money. I was so disappointed as I had booked this hotel to be close to the old goa church as I came for the exposition.

We stayed at surya kiran heritage hotel for two days. First off the location - the location is at a perfect place with all places of panjim accessible. It is near the main road but yet away from all the noise and din. Property - the property is a 110 old bunglow. It is aesthetically decorated with antique pieces placed all around the corners. The verandah at the centre of the bunglow was decorated beautifully with plants and a small water outlet with fishes. Just makes you happy. Rooms: the rooms are large with a large box bed just like olden days. The rooms are clean with all amenities. Well maintained. The standard room where we stayed had access to the outer balcony where we could sit and have breakfast. Bathrooms: the bathrooms are huge and clean. The fittings are all modern with ample water supply. Breakfast : the breakfast is a simple affair. There is no buffet, one has to order. The poha and the team served were delicious. The property is well maintained and absolutely clean. It was a wonderful stay.

Two day stay. The property location as mentioned was correct and easy to reach. We rented a car and a good parking space was available for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler inside it. Hasle free checkin at 1 pm. A warm and nice welcome. A good guide and tour( verbally) about the property and attention points wherever needed like beach access, pool timings, safety. We had breakfast included in our booking which is served in buffet at restaurant and it was really very fresh and lots of options and the food quality is extremely good. They have all the amenities as mentioned but we were there for a limited time so have not used all of them all though the service desk can help you if needed 24/7 available. We were happy with their service and they ask for consent of yours before proceeding for anything.

La habitación estaba bien en cuanto al valor por dinero. Se trataba de menos baños proporcionados en comparación con otros hoteles con una gama similar. No se compartía ninguna contraseña wifi. No nos preguntamos sin embargo. El buque de la caja y la silla que se ofrece en el baño era sucio y inclear. Era una habitación básica. La comida en el restaurante acompañado era buena. No tan feliz con habitación. La ubicación del hotel es un buen lugar tranquilo y tranquilo.

The rooms are comparatively small, including bathrooms. Very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was good. Dining staff are polite. The front desk was helpful. The location is oerfect to visit ****** like big daddy, majestic pride.

Mi cheque no estaba en una buena experiencia,Había algunas cuestiones con la categoría de habitación, Comprendo totalmente que el Hotel estaba lleno de casa pero es docena significa que los demás huéspedes sufren, ***y de los personales que necesitan Formación entonces parece muy triste, Tengo que desearles buena mañana o noche, entonces podrían responder, diría que el personal de F&B estaba saliendo, recomendaría Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta por su cuidado adicional que hizo un buen trabajo,Las variedades de alimentos son especialmente sorprendente el desayuno, El club de salud algunas máquinas son demasiado viejas,El nombre del conductor de taxi Mahmood es muy bueno que fue extraordinario por su hospitalidad.

We booked on a booking site where the guest house was described as ‘Easy Hostels’. There was no reference at all to Easy Hostels at the site so I’m not sure what that’s about. We’d booked a garden view room with balcony and 3 beds. We arrived early from a flight and the teenage employee looked and acted like we’d just woken him. Not surprisingly the room wasn’t ready so we were told to return at 11am which was fine. The young *** was sweating and looked sick and from an adjacent room we could hear loud coughing and sneezing. It felt like we were checking into a covid ward! We returned at 11.30 and were shown to a ground floor room facing the side street. I pointed out that we’d booked a ‘de luxe double with balcony’ and the lad shook his head and muttered. He then showed me to a tiny room with 2 small singles which looked like the previous occupants had trashed it. I said the booking mentioned 3 beds and he muttered something about a child’s bed. The only 3rd bed they’d have fit in was one from a doll’s house. We opted for the downstairs room and I asked what the price was. Same price was the reply. So we got no reduction for a room with no balcony. Outside were a couple of chairs where surly teenage employees skulked, smoking and playing on their phones. So all that doesn’t sound great. The good news is that the room itself was fine. Clean, not a bad size with a/c, fan and fridge. In a good location in Panjim old town with lots of bars and restaurants around. Comfy bed and we slept well with ear plugs. 2000INR was 500 too much though. The management need to check their wording on room sites and tell the teenage employees to act as if they care about service a bit more.
