El hotel está en la mejor ubicación. Nosotros 3 habitaciones frente al océano y una suite. La suite no es realmente una suite, pero estaba bien. Es muy limpio, muy bonito y para la mayoría de los miembros del personal es muy agradable. La recepción era un personal que siempre parecía gritante y no era tan útil. El resto de ellos en la mesa era grande. Pero, por favor, ten cuidado de las puertas de balcón! Nos reservamos en el frente del océano, pero no podíamos usar los balcónes porque las puertas estaban complicadas para abrir (no había instrucciones). En el momento de la visita, se me pagó 180 euros por la maniobra de puertas rotas!!! También pagé más de 2000 euros por 4 noches. La habitación está muy bien, pero no se puede aparcar en su garaje. Pero ahora estamos muy preocupados por que se nos haya impuesto una cantidad excesiva de dinero por un manejo roto y ni siquiera estamos seguros de que lo rompamos porque cuando intentamos abrirlo de la manera correcta, también lo abrimos. Nos parece que nos han beneficiado porque somos turistas americanos. De todos modos, quería advertir a todos para que no se acaben de detener o romper nada. Y, si algo ya está roto, buena suerte explicarles que esperan ser acusados por ello. La calificación merece ser pobre o terrible debido a la carga adicional, pero les doy crédito por sus otras cosas que se rescatan.
