" A glamping experience with substance would perfectly describe my experience at Gurha Safari Camp. We were greeted with a smile and a unique refreshing rose petal juice made from flowers found right at their garden. This set the premise of what we experienced from then on. Be it excellent service by the ever helpful staff, or the amazing delicious local dishes whipped up by the cook to a beautifully kept luxury tent and the amazing infinity pool. But the highlight of the whole experience is the safari conducted by them, they are knowledgeable and expertise in movement of the leopards of Jawai in this unique habitat. We went for two safaris and we saw Jeevda, an adult female with three of her cubs the first evening. Next one we saw another female with two cubs and P1 the alpha male. These were truly unique experiences which made a visit to Jawai, a highlight of my Rajasthan trip. Run by two brothers, Gajraj and Maharaj. One an ex hospitality guy and another a naturalist and an excellent chef, they each play to their strength and deliver above and beyond. Gajraj oversees the hospitality aspect and ensures all your needs are met at the camp. He is a perfect host. And Maharaj is in charge of a very well organised safari with him lending his experience and expertise in understanding the leopard movement in different zones of Jawai makes a difference in the level of the experience. Elevating it to a great extent. This place is perfect for couples, solo travellers or family trips as they cater well to each and all. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the uniqueness of Jawai leopard safari and a luxury stay which will leave you feeling pampered. "

"What an amazing hotel It was one of the hotel we loved the most during our trip in India + Amazing location Amazing property Amazing rooms Amazing staff Amazing service Amazing tours (the village tour is just great) Amazing food and cocktails Amazing common areas The manager is really nice and really professional he does the extra mile to make his clients happy - A better answer to our email during the preparation of our trip would have been great, we stayed only one night because of the lack of answers but if we have known how great was the area and the hotel we would have stayed longer… for instance we would have stayed longer if we have known that it was pretty easy to do a tour in Jodhpur based from the hotel… This is the only thing I can list in the negative points, if you plan to go to Jodhpur you have to go in this incredible hotel. I recommend this hotel 100% it was one of the highlight of our trip"

"We stayed at Welcomheritage Cheetagarh resort and spa jawai for my birthday in August 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. The drive to the property itself was quite an adventure, and the secluded location made it feel like a true escape. We booked a private pool villa, and the team made my birthday extra special by beautifully decorating the room and arranging a lovely private dinner setup. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. The highlight of our stay was definitely the safaris. We went on two—one in the evening and another early the next morning. We were incredibly lucky to spot leopards, and our safari guide was warm, humble, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rainy weather added a magical touch to the whole experience. If you're looking for a peaceful luxury getaway with great hospitality and an amazing wildlife experience, I'd highly recommend this property. We'd love to visit again!"

"It's a beautiful resort with extremely courteous staff, perfect location, calm and green atmosphere, and superb (actually extremely comfortable) clean rooms. Everything was well placed and we enjoyed our 2 day trip to the best. The staff, the Manager, and the chef, Shri Dineshji, everyone was extremely hospitable and we would surely love to visit the place again. Some shortfalls: There are few things they need to improve upon: 1. No recreational activity available as shown on their web site, though they told they are in process of developing it. 2. The food choices are extremely limited and for a resort of this much cost, the choices should be vast. 3. Just for the rooms and without ANYTHING EXTRA, like cultural program, or gym, or kids area, or bon-fire, I am not sure if it is value for money. But of-course, the pure Rajasthani food which they served on demand was THE BEST LOCAL FOOD WE HAVE EVER TASTED."
