Service Staff is great but the hotel is a bit old. No fitness room. Food is great. not too expensive. Acceptable price except lamaya restaurant and good service, convenient location.

Good location near the main road. Easy to locate. The room is clean and comfortable.

Booked this hotel due to its location to the places we wanted to explore and we previously had a good experience with another Chatrium hotel. However, the service was not that great. There was an issue with the toilet bowl flushing even after an initial check by the staff. We had four pax but only two sets of towels, room slippers etc were given. Despite us calling the front desk about it, the delivery did not come. The restaurant only had a record of two pax purchase of breakfast, before I showed them my payment for four pax. Buffet spread was not fantastic so do not expect a lot.

Very nice hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed was a bit hard. But all I all great value for a nice hotel in the busiest forest in Thailand 😄

Nice location, Perfect cleaness, Best customer services and I like the most is Breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located in an ideal location whereby you can visit the various tourist attractions and cafe in less than 25 minutes . The hotel breakfast was ok and they have choices. The only downside is that the toilet flushing system was not working well. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Facilities and services is good, but there are event groups which was very late in the night and they made voices so loud. It disturbed other customer to rest and relax.

I really love this hotel! The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfy and lovely ambiance. Staffs also really helpful, friendly and welcoming, definitely will recommend to others!

Central location,near to the main road. Spacious rooms, facing the mountain view Soda water, coke, mineral water, coffee and tea are free of charge in the room. Worth coming back to Chatrium KhaoYai again

Great Service, calm place Well located at the entrance of Khao Yai National Park The rooms are large and clean. The buffet breakfast is a little bit disappointing despite all the good services of this hotel
