We’re very happy with impressive location.

The location is quite into the valley but a nice place for sure. The mall/Square around the establishment have restaurants, cafes, etc. Unique hotel but more preferably for family or travellers who have their own vehicles. Nonetheless, we love the room and the service rendered by the staff. Would love to visit again in the future.

Amazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

Never disappointed (4th time visited!)

What a pleasant stay... the was in a complex of hotels, restaurant, club, pools. And we can go anywhere around the complex by hotels shuttle bus or buggy car. Nice stay, great room, hotel and restaurant with italy ambiance. Definitely going to stay here again..

room： The room was generally clean We opted for rwo single beds which I felt were a little small, basic amenities were all sufficient Hotel amenities: We tried using the various pools and the gyms (there were a few within the resort). No one tends to both the pool and gym, which is annoying because it was very difficult to find a staff to get towels. And to get to these amenities were extremely difficult as buggy services were not easily available Location: It's about 20-30mins drive out to most sight seeing places. Nearest 7-11 or supermarket is about 5-7mins drive away. Location is really subjective Overall it's not really a hotel that I would be returning to as I find the reception of the staff very mediocre.

Toilet shower floor is moldy, does not maintain well especially with 5-star hotel room price. There is no space to put personal lotions in the toilet. There is shuttle bus, but requires to wait during peak hour. Many tourist taking photos around the hotel. Little choices for breakfast. When we check out, we were informed to charged 45 baht for a cookie which we did not see or eat.
