Valoraciones de Aurora Resort Khao Yai

Overall is not bad but also not good. The room isn't clean and I suggest this hotel should have renovate after high season cause eveything is broke.

Okay I normally am very generous with my reviews but this time the room was really quite old. The bathroom fittings were all pretty rusted and some joints were basically rotting apart. The door had a poor seal so bugs did love to crawl into my little den. The hot water was abysmal so I had to use my kettle to boil water to make a bath. Apart from that, the room was HUGE and the power was on 24/7 so you don’t need your keycard to activate it. No readily available food options nearby btw so you definitely need a car or bike if you want to stay here and enjoy Khao Yai. Room does not provide toothbrush- bring your own you lazy pig.

First time in Thailand and our eyes were first set to Khao Yai because who wouldn't be tempted by the attractions it has and being Khao Yai National Park on top of the list. Aurora resort is the perfect place to stay if you're planning to check all the Khao Yai attractions off your list. We have stayed there for 4 days and I must say the resort is undeniably huge with a massive area to wander around. You wouldn't see too many people around the resort so the place is perfect if you wanted to escape the stress and just wanted to relax from a busy world. For a foreign like me, it is a bit of a challenge to communicate with their staff in English (but I know they're doing their best to understand you) and thankfully their resort manager is one call away and will definitely assist you with whatever activity you're planning to do, honestly anything you need. Very accommodating!

Very tired grounds and buildings. Many nearby properties are fantastic in a great location. Aurora needs huge investment to achieve a better standard. The overgrown gardens make the place look terrible and it is such an easy fix.

We didn’t get a refund even we had a problem travelling to the location.

Aurora Resort is the one of natural resort for safe stay in Khaoyai, there’s a large room for families, big size with swimming pool, the view very fresh in the evening and morning… we like something around there 🥰🥰🥰

Жили в отеле 2 дня, фото отличаются от реальности. Пришли к выводу, что ранее отель был очень классным, огромная территория, красивые бунгало, вид из окна был на джунгли, но сейчас всё запустили. В бассейне не решились плавать. Ну а первый взгляд вроде все так красиво, у двух функционирующих зданий, но всё очень пошарпано. В номере муравьи, а также в номере нельзя есть, сразу прилетели огромные тараканы, наподобие мадагаскарских😱🫠

ที่พักทางเข้าบรรยากาศวังเวงมากค่ะเหมือนโรงแรมไม่อยากทำกิจการแล้ว555เราพักโซนห้องpitunia delux วิวสระว่ายน้ำค่ะได้ห้องชั้นสอง ห้องพักวิวสวยใช้ได้เลยค่ะห้องสะอาดพอใช้ค่ะในห้องที่เราพักมีคราบตรงโซฟาในห้องน้ำมีหยากไย่ตรงอ่างอาบน้ำมีคราบสีดำๆตรงของอ่างไม่แน่ใจว่าเชื้อราหรือป่าว555แต่ถ้าไม่ติดเรื่องความสะอาดมาก เข้าพักได้สบายเลยค่ะห้องไม่มีกลิ่นอับ ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าห่ม ผ้าปูเตียงหอมดีค่ะและพนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะใส่ใจสุดๆก่อนเข้าพักอ่านรีวิวมาคือน่ากลัวมากๆแต่กดจองไปแล้วเกือบจะยกเลิกแล้วค่ะแต่พอมาดูถึงที่จริงๆก้ไม่ได้มีอะไร ตอนเราเข้าพักมีกรุ๊ปทัวร์พอดีบรรยากาศเลยไม่น่ากลัวเท่าไหร่แต่ถ้ามาครอบครัวสองครอบครัวคงจะมีรู้สึกบ้างค่ะ

อยากให้กำลังใจเจ้าของที่พักค่ะ  ไปกันสองคนก็ค่อนข้างวังเวงค่ะ  เข้าพักเวลาสองทุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้ขับรถไปหาห้องพักเองแอดเวนเจอร์นิดหน่อยวนไปมาทักทายมาประกอบกับมืดตึ๊ดตื๋อ 🙏🙏พักอยู่ห้องด้านหลังอาคารด้านในสุด อาคารหนึ่งติดกับสระว่ายน้ำเราได้อยู่อาคารติดเขาใหญ่ ภายในห้องสะอาดแอร์เย็นฉ่ำเปิดหน้าต่างด้านหลังออกไปเป็นวิวเขาใหญ่ อากาศเย็นมากเหมือนอยู่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นเลย ทั้ง2ตึกมีห้องเราห้องเดียวค่ะ   😁อาศัยว่าอายุมากแล้วก็ไม่ค่อยกลัวอะไรเท่าไหร่  ไหว้พระสวดมนต์นอนล็อคห้องให้ดีใครมาเรียกกลางคืนห้ามเปิดเปิดไฟไว้หนึ่งดวงในห้องกินยาแล้วนอน😆😆😆 ห้องน้ำ มีอ่างน้ำต้องระวังตกลงมาข้ามไปมาฝักบัวรั่ว ซ้าย รั่วขวา ยังดี มีน้ำอุ่น ขอบรรยายเฉพาะห้องพักนะคะเป็นกำลังใจให้ค่ะ

ห้องที่จองไปเต็มโรงแรมเลยอัพเกรดห้องให้เป็นบ้านเดี่ยวมี 3 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ำห้องกว้าง สวยมากสะอาด

เป็นโรงแรม ที่ไม่ตรงปกเลย กลิ่นลูกเหม็นแรงมาก สภาพอาคาร สวน ทรุดโทรมขาดการบำรุงรักษา เหมือนร้าง

ไม่ตรงปกอย่างมาก พื้นที่โดยรอบรกร้าง มีขยะ ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดและปรับปรุง ทางเข้าเปลี่ยวมาก

ทำเลที่ตั้งเงียบสงบดี ห้องพักใหญ่ดูดี น้ำไหลเบาทำให้ใช้อ่างเพื่อแช่น้ำอุ่นไม่ได้ เบอร์ที่อยู่บนป้ายกฏระเบียบโทรไปแล้วไม่ติดไม่เปิดใช้บริการ รีโมททีวีก็ถ่านหมด แม่บ้านไม่เข้ามาทำความสะอาดเพราะอาจไม่มีป้ายให้แขวนแจ้ง

ห้องกว้างขวางมาก สะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องทีไดเป่าผม การต้มน้ำร้อน ตู้เย็น ทีวีครบ แอร์เย็นดี แต่ข้อเสียเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นน่าจะเสีย ว่าจะแช่ตัวในอ่าง แช่ไม่ได้เลยภาพรวมดีว่าโอเคคะ
