Recently refurbished to a very high standard. The hotel is very close to the tram line and major attractions. Rooms are very well equipped and we had the room on the top floor (No 21) which had an excellent huge terrace. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Good wi-fi. The only negative was paper cups, plastic glasses and no coffee sachets (only tea), a bit out of character given all the quality elsewhere.

Recently refurbished hotel, with about ten rooms. Modern, well designed. Very comfortable beds. Only problem was slow drain in shower. Check in is at Casa del Pelligrino, about a five minute walk away. If coming by taxi go to Case del Pelligrino first, then they will give you map for easy walk to this hotel. The hotel was very quiet, very clean. Breakfast available at Casa del Pelligrino for 10 euros was good. I like this neighborhood, even though it is out of the center. Right across from Botanical Garden and St. Anthony Basilica, two blocks from Prato.

very clean and big room! i enjoyed my stay very much! the staff are more than lovely also! it is about a 20 min walk from the train station though which is a bit hard but there are plenty of taxis at the station. also a 20 min walk to the main square. but overall it was a great stay!

Great stay with very modern comfortable stay. Great location with good tram system to the main train station. Checkin a bit inconvenient and shower was blocked and should have been checking regularly

The hotel was disappointing for the following reasons:
1. It is the “dependance” of another hotel so the check in is not at the same place. This was not clearly specified when I booked.
2. Check in is not really close to the “dependance” - when you have luggage it is very inconvenient to have to pull it all the way to the actual location - and on cobbled streets!
3. For the price the hotel is too “basic” - not even a mirror light in the bathroom.
4. Not a coffee pot in sight: not in the room (and breakfast is not included) and not in the common area either.
5. Reception was not very friendly.
6. Internet was not always working.
The one quality was cleanliness.
