Las cosas que pensé muy pobres para un hotel de cuatro estrellas eran numerosas-la inadecuación para un clima caliente de las duvas gigantes y amarillas de matraces suaves,la falta de cualquier espacio de trabajo (sólo “desk” estaba ocupado por una ridículo caldera flashy), La recepción no era muy brillante, y me dio un “mapa” con un nombre de calle incorrecto en la ubicación del hotel. El desayuno no tenía nada en común con los atributos de la habitación - sólo un tipo estándar “internacional” sin fallos. En este momento estoy en un hotel “Ibis” en algún lugar incluso más caliente que Padova.Es superior en cualquier sentido, excepto que no parece flashy.

Un gran hotel, una habitación grande, un hotel muy bueno, muy nuevo y moderno. La habitación es grande, puede caminar del centro de la ciudad, hay un supermercado alrededor, muy conveniente. Desde la estación de tren hasta el hotel, probar por 10 minutos. Recomendación, volveré a vivir.

- Localización: Al lado de la Feria de Padova. Alejado del centro y situado en una zona donde no hay mucha vida, (ni cafeterías ni restaurantes) y para colmo los autobuses de Padua tampoco es que sea un servicio muy eficiente. - Instalaciones: Buenas pero con un mantenimiento “deficiente”. (Nuestra mampara no estaba correctamente instalada y salía el agua por el suelo del baño) - Limpieza : Deficiente (el mueble del televisor tenía polvo muy atrasado, la bañera no desaguaba bien y no la desatascaron hasta que lo solicité en recepción, los cristales tampoco se habían limpiado en mucho tiempo, etc…) - Wifi: Muy inestable - Climatización: Nefasta. Tienen en las habitaciones un bonito termostato que está de adorno. No se puede regular ni apagar el aire desde la habitación. Reclamé más de tres veces que lo apagaran pero se ve que no pueden (tampoco te lo dicen claramente, dicen que sí pero aquello comienza a chutar aire frío a las 7 de la mañana y no para hasta que ellos consideran oportuno ya a medianoche). Tuvimos que dormir con una funda nórdica en los primeros días de Septiembre a pesar de haber una temperatura exterior de entre 20-30 grados. En el baño igual y encima decían que era un ventilador por ser un baño interior. (Un ventilador de un baño va normalmente asociado a las luces y se conecta al hacer uso del baño). - Servicio de habitaciones: Inexistente. Llamamos a recepción para pedir algo para cenar en la habitación y nos dijeron que teníamos que subir a mirar la carta al restaurante a la planta 12. Y luego sorpresa solo disponen de un menú, con sus dos platos y postre. (Sándwich, pizza, etc….nada de nada). Dicen que tiene un servicio de snack en el bar, pero nosotros en el bar de abajo nunca vimos a nadie (tampoco personal). - Sueño: El hotel tiene un gran defecto por el que no debéis elegir este Hotel si queréis descansar. Al lado justo del hotel celebran fiestas los fines de semana (concretamente a nosotros nos tocó la PADOVA PRIDE) y empezó a sonar música a las 5 de la tarde y duró hasta las 4 de la mañana. El ruido superaba los 40 decibelios en la 8ª planta. Yo pude dormir poco más de tres horas esa noche (por reloj). - Y por último la nefasta atención al Cliente. A pesar de haber contactado esa noche con Recepción y decir que quería hablar con alguien de la Dirección al día siguiente, todavía a día de hoy estoy esperando una disculpa o un desagravio, porque pagar por una habitación para pasar la noche en vela no es nada agradable.

Location was initially hard to find, but I saw a sign on the street pointing the right way to go. My directions gave two ways to go. The first involved going uphill and there were bikes whizzing by, so it wasn't very good if you have luggage. The other was flat and went by a bunch of people hanging out in the street. I didn't feel threatened but it isn't the best area in this lovely city. I don't know what it's like after dark. Basically, you take a right at the McDonalds, walk down the street past the Ethnic Market (a larger convenience store where I bought Coke Zeros several times) and follow the street around to the roundabout, take a right and go about 2-3 blocks. Staff was pleasant, helped with a safe issue (a prior occupant had left it locked) and kept their cool when I spilled some Coke Zero on the floor when retrieving my luggage that I had left after checking out. Internet was good, safe was a good size, and breakfast was good in terms of quality and quantity. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was closed Sunday night. We were very tired one night and ate there and we were glad that it was available. There isn't a lot around the hotel but it was a short walk to a nice area that had a lot of restaurants . We also were able to walk to a laundromat in the area as well as all of the tourist attractions. One curious thing about the hotel was that the room numbers were on the carpet instead of being on the door.

Utilicé el hotel para dormir una noche en ruta. En este sentido cumplió bien su función. Ubicado cerca de la autopista y con aparcamiento gratuito. Cama cómoda aunque la temperatura de la ducha oscila continuamente. No llegué a utilizar el restaurante porque quería cenar algo rápido y me pareció caro.

Nos alojamos en este hotel sin ningún tipo de referencia previa y debo decir que fue un acierto. Buenas instalaciones, habitación grande, cama cómoda... Todo muy limpio y personal muy agradable. Un desayuno muy completo y aparcamiento tranquilo y gratuito. Todo lo que pedíamos y necesitábamos.

Hoteles fuera del centro, no tiene aparcamiento guardado. Los baños necesitan mantenimiento porque había la mesa de baño que se movía, y también el mezclador de la ducha...en lugar de la descarga de la ducha descargaba lentamente. Una luz en el baño estaba quemada. Necesita más mantenimiento en los hoteles. La cama era cómoda, pecado por las paredes de cartón donde oye el vecino de la habitación si ruso de noche.

____________________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE ---------- Au nord-est dans une zone plutôt résidentielle et excentrée du centre de Padova mais au calme, un restaurant à 200m sinon rien autour. L'hôtel sera plutôt sélectionné pour son prix plus bas que le centre et la proximité de l'autoroute. ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- Accueil rapide et impersonnel, aucune explication sur l'hôtel ou le petit déjeuner etc., ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- Chambre standard spacieuse, mais fait très vieux à rénover. Avec TV, bureau, minibar, penderie. Niveau propreté peut mieux faire, sur le téléphone on peut voir une grosse couche de poussière par exemple. Petite salle de bain avec douche, propre mais VMC KO. L'entretien est moyen car le robinet est plein de calcaire donc l'eau sort n'importe comment. Literie confortable mais parfois compliqué de dormir car l'insonorisation est très mauvaise : on entend toutes les canalisations WC/douche des voisins et des bruits de voix, la fenêtre filtre mal également. De plus le réglage du chauffage est HS donc cela chauffe même s'il fait chaud dehors, moyen pour l'écologie et le confort. Ainsi les chambres standard sont clairement à éviter, certainement que les chambres rénovées supérieures seront mieux. ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Un service de petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet sucré/salé, très classique avec de la charcuterie, des viennoiseries, des gâteaux industriels, boissons chaudes et froides, mais propose des omelettes fraiches à la demande ce qui est plutôt bien. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Finalement le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon pour une chambre standard. Grand parking privé gratuit. Le wifi est extrêmement lent le soir, donc clairement KO inutilisable. ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- L'hôtel n'est clairement pas un bon choix si vous prenez une chambre standard, mauvaise insonorisation, chambre vieille à rénover, des choses qui ne vont pas dans la salle de bain. Ce sera sûrement mieux une chambre supérieure car cette dernière est rénovée dans un bâtiment séparé. Le petit déjeuner et l'accueil ne sauvent pas plus la note.

El mejor hotel en Abano Terme! Fuego de 8 años me quedé allí! Fantástico personal! ¡Tienes que ir a entenderlo! Altamente recomendado! Super delicioso comida, habitación limpia, zona de spa es increíble! ¡Siempre volveré ahí porque para mí es un lugar mágico, gracias!

The website was very deceiving. The building was very old, and needed a good overall on the outside. The grounds needed alot of care, I understand during that time of year it would not be up to par but it was neglected and we could not even explore the grounds because there was tape stopping us from walking around. Speaking of the grounds, it is not nestled in the middle of the forest or mountains. You are in the middle of a town with roads all around and traffic could be seen and hear from my window. I did not have a great view. Concerning the room, it was a shock. It was decorated in old style furniture not modern at all. The sitting area was just room enough to sit facing the closet because we could not turn the chair around because the door wouldn't open. We asked for a twin room and received a double bed. There are 2 guests but it doesn't mean we want to sleep in the same bed!! The only good thing was the size of the bathroom. It was spacious and I appreciated that. Double sinks were great. On the site it sates 3 restaurants are on the premise but please not one only opens in the summer months and another was closed. Which we were not informed off. If you want to eat in the restaurant you need to book in advance otherwise you will not have a spot. Another thing we were not told about. This comes to the reception area. The elderly gentleman was a snob. He did not greet us kindly , nor give us any information concerning our treatments we booked. He didn't tell us about the closed restaurant, nor that we needed a reservation. The only positive was that a young woman who worked there was very helpful with whatever questions we had. She also helped to find a reservation at another restaurant when we couldn't get a spot at the hotel. The treatments..... both pools were small and people didn't share the time between each activity. They would spend so much time at one thing and didn't care that people were waiting on line. The turkish bath could fit 4 people and my shower was warmer. The spa could hold 2 and it was very sad. No heat at all. I had a massage booked and a mud bath. I came away from the massage worst than when I entered and even though the mud bath seemed lovely and the polish lady who was in charge was so kind and lovely, I immediately became sick after it and spent the same day in bed with a stomach bug and vomiting. No, I did not enjoy this spa or thermal bath. I would never return. Definitely do not come with children, it is mostly elderly people and the young kids we saw were miserable.
