The first person we fell in love is the manager Daniel Kiss. even we have never got a chance to meet him in person. Very pleasant and helpful with booking our stay. Always replied our email promptly. The second person is his colleague. It’s a shame we never got his name. Very helpful and friendly upon check in. Love smiling ☺️. Helped us retrieve key and open the door to our hotel. The room is very big and clean. It has everything you need inside the room. Even microwave. Plates and utensils. Bathroom is very clean. We stayed at the main floor. Not noisy even our room is facing main road. There’s a bus stop just right in front of the hotel. My husband and I enjoy walking. So We walked all the way to the city center and basically walk as far as our legs can take us. We will definitely go back again and highly recommended. Shame I don’t have any photos of the hotel.

El desayuno del hotel es muy bueno, se siente como un viejo camarero y un joven responsable de la recepción, la comida, la higiene y todo el trabajo, y un buen servicio. Lo que no es suficiente en Estados Unidos es que los niños necesitan más dinero y es caro. Nos pagamos 108 libras originales. Añadir un niño de nueve años me necesita 110 libras. Comienza a sentirse como una tienda negra, pero nos da una gran habitación, el servicio de desayuno de la vieja chica también es bueno (Quizás sea un poco difícil que un blanco le ofrezca un servicio a la especie amarilla) Mirando su industria de la pesca, Trip.com se está ocupando de un gran número de regalos que se han producido en la coroa, y se puede pensar en quejarse.(Figura adjunta: Salida de la puerta)

Al lado del hotel está la estación de autobús, el centro de Oxford es más conveniente, la zona de la habitación está bien, el sol está lleno, limpio, cálido, la ventana está mirando hacia fuera el paisaje es muy bueno, vio también el pinchazo por la mañana, los niños les gusta mucho. Pero después de cuatro horas de estadía, el tiempo de salida es de diez horas. Es muy incómodo. Además, estadía más de cinco días consecutivos ofrece limpieza de habitaciones. No hemos estado limpiando tres días consecutivos. No creemos que sea razonable, necesitamos mejorar.

Brilliant location very close to town, this was booked for my guys. Breakfast has a wide selection friendly staff. The bar is 24 hours. This time I selected standard family room which was 1 double bed and a sofa bed more than suitable. Free parking. I would definitely recommend the best western at Oxford.

Me encanta el concepto de la moda de Oxford que se encuentra en todas partes. Con 2 horas de viaje de Londres es un lugar hermoso para una pausa. Probablemente el mejor Mercure en el Reino Unido. ¡Nos vemos pronto!

El hotel está situado en una ubicación confortable donde podemos pasar fácilmente alrededor del centro de la ciudad y del pueblo de Bicester. Sadia fue muy agradable y útil. Ella nos saludó con una cálida bienvenida. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero son limpias y agradables. En general, fue un buen momento para permanecer en el hotel.

We stayed for two evenings in May to visit Blenheim palace. We had two rooms, both superior, one on the first floor of the pub and one leading out to the front. Both rooms were beautiful; the one outside had very low ceilings and beams (ok for us as we’re not tall), with a big clawfoot bath and a walk in wardrobe. It also had the most stunning fireplace that backs on to the one in the pub. The other room had a huge 6ft bed and a very big walk in shower. Both were incredibly comfortable and we slept well both nights. We ate at the pub both evenings; the first night a young chap was managing the restaurant, he and the team did a phenomenal job. The service and the food was superb. He second evening we shared the steak (we had two between the four of us) and it was amazing. Again the food and service was fabulous. On the Saturday we were the only ones eating breakfast, the service was prompt and the food delicious. However the breakfast on the Sunday was an absolute disaster; the chap who seated us (I didn’t catch his name but he had an overseas accent) took our order and then we waited…. We waited and waited as he seated others, took their orders and their breakfasts came while we waited. The room wasn’t full, there were about 5 other tables seated (and he walked past us several times and looked at the table). When we asked him, he blamed the kitchen then went to find out what had happened. He came back and apologised and said it would be with us shortly (to be clear, two of us were only having toast!) only for us to have to chase again. An hour had gone by and we still had no breakfast (every other table had come and gone by then. After chasing a second time, he brought out one cooked breakfast (with the wrong eggs) and an omelette (the other order was for poached eggs on toast), oh and then the toast! We explained this was wrong so he blamed the kitchen again and then said he’d get them to make poached eggs but we said we’d rather not have rushed poached eggs (and to be honest it had been over an hour, we had to get off). There was an almighty row going on between him and the kitchen (I imagine the order simply hadn’t made it and then he’d guessed). We were gutted, it had been such a lovely stay with two fabulous meals and great service and it ended like that. We were told that a guest had a flat battery and they were trying to help out with that, but to me there’s no excitement for that level of service in a breakfast room where only 5 tables have taken breakfast. When I checked out he apologised it did not make eye contact. I really wanted to be writing a positive review and like I said the majority of the stay was super, to the point we’d discussed returning g. However that wouldn’t happen now, which is a shame.

Esta fue nuestra primera visita a la carvadora y habría sido útil para un miembro del personal explicarnos el proceso - pero hemos observado lo que otros clientes estaban haciendo y siguiendo el trato. El hotel tiene un buen servicio y una buena comida, y el bar ofrece bebidas. La corteza era fantástica, con una selección de cerdos, carne de vacuno y pollo, patatas, queso de flores de cauliflor, vegetales mixtos y puddings Yorkshire. Lamentablemente, algunos de los platos de servicio estaban vacíos cuando llegamos y tuvimos que esperar un tiempo para que se rellenaban. La carne de vacuno era absolutamente deliciosa, como las patatas y los puddings de Yorkshire eran realmente escrupulosos. Las verduras se cocinaron para mi sabor, pero el queso de cauliflor era hermoso. Había algunas mejoras que podrían hacerse para mejorar la experiencia, pero nada me impide volver a otro cumpleaños de la familia en unas semanas.

We booked this at very short notice and had the last room I believe, which overlooked the internal court yard. It was a bit smaller than the pictures online, but was clean, had a large bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities and everything you needed. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. A good spread for breakfast from buffet to full cooked English breakfasts. The hotel was steeped in history and added to the atmosphere.

A gem of a hotel. I found this hotel by accident on a google search. The website was easy to use and bonus it's pet friendly! The welcome was very good and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. Tea/coffee in the room and a bottle of water. TV is positioned so that you can comfortably watch it in bed without straining your neck. There is an iron and board in the room too, A large glass of rose wine was only £7.00. Best of all... the Indian food was outstanding as was the service from all the staff. As a customer service trainer for many years I cannot recommend this inn highly enough. I will be back!
