Staff were polite and warm The reception clerk took the effort in handling us umbrellas when we were parking our car in the rain Food was kakeisi style dinner and breakfast were delicious ( full of healthy veg) The onsen was awesome. There is a large outdoor onsen which is the biggest uncovered onsen I have experienced in recent memory All in all, a memorable stay"

"Used on tour. It was already dark outside when I took the bus, so I was wondering where I was going to be taken, but it turned out to be a hotel at the top of a mountain. The size of the room was perfect, and there were three beds. The meal was a buffet and there wasn't a lot of variety, but I enjoyed a lot of local cuisine. It also included an all-you-can-drink option, so I was able to fully enjoy the hotel's unique wine. There is a wine tasting corner next to the front desk, and you buy a 1,000 yen or 2,000 yen card at the front desk and drink from the tasting machine. Since the price per cup is different and you don't have change, you have to be smart about the combinations. This was also quite fun. There are ski resorts and golf courses in the surrounding area, and the scenery is beautiful, so if you have time, I think it would be a good idea to take a walk around the area."
