This is an amazing, historic, world famous hotel. It combines luxury with outstanding service. The location is in the heart of the historic area. Just a minute walk to Parliament and the iconic buildings. It’s situated on the river if you want to ice skate I. The winter. It’s a must stay for the travel who wants a quality experience and great location

Great historic hotel and convenient location. Staff is polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want an easy access to Parliament Hill and night life in Ottawa.

Good location

The location is great. However, I was looking forward to soaking in the bath, but there was no bathtub in the room. When I booked the room, one of the room pictures has it. I was a bit disappointed.

Had to change room because it was dirty Due to this experience, they upgraded the room

Very nice hotel for history lovers!

有兩年多沒去渥太華了，想去躺平度個週末。總體感受很滿意，酒店自帶濃濃歷史感，和上海和平飯店有些相像。位置絕佳，1912年建造的酒店，硬件設施有些陳舊不可避免，不過服務在北美算很加分了。原先訂的是豪華房，面積還是挺小，酒店給換了signature room, 大了很多，兩面有窗可以看到更多的風景。唯一的小缺陷是valet parking only，停車費真是有點貴。下次去渥太華會繼續選擇費爾蒙。

設施：相較於廣州的酒店就不用比了，渥太華這家除了看上去勉勉強強，已經是當地勉強可以的了 服務：比較專業，也比較好，早餐可以的，自備小費，豐儉由人 酒店停車因為在市中心，毗鄰主要景點，所以衹有代客停車。

酒店地理位置絕佳，就在國會山旁邊，步行即可到主要景點，夜景非常迷人✨ 建築本身充滿歷史感，像住進城堡一樣🏰 房間整潔舒適，服務專業周到，前台與禮賓都非常友好👍 沐浴用品使用的是我非常喜歡的 Le Labo 系列，香氣高級🧴 Valet Parking 停車服務高效又貼心🚗 整體體驗非常值得，尤其適合第一次來渥太華的旅客！
