Hemos pasado tres dias en la Masseria Salinola, y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. El lugar esta cerca de Ostuni, buena ubicación, pero lo mejor es la estadía en la Masseria. La habitación muy cómoda, la piscina, un remanso de tranquilidad, y finalmente, el maravilloso comedor con una decoración tan acogedora y la comida muy buena! Comimos todas las noches, es un menú de 4 pasos que cambia todos los días, siempre buenísimo. No hay necesidad de traslad**** a ningún restaurante, en ninguno estarás mejor que allí. Realmente todo muy bien

Hemos estado unos días en la Masseria Salinola alojados en la habitación La Pérgola siendo dos adultos y un adolescente. La experiencia ha sido maravillosa porque la Masseria está espléndidamente atendida. El edificio es precioso por sus jardines, huerto, piscina,… Las habitaciones están decoradas con detalle y mimo y están muy cuidadas. Todas tienen también un espacio exterior para relaj****. La propiedad tiene hasta una pequeña capilla y toda la estructura recuerda lo que fue en un tiempo anterior. Los propietarios reciben con mucha atención pero sin agobiar. El desayuno en el porche es una estupenda manera de empezar el día y un baño en la piscina refresca al regresar de las salidas. Desde luego, sin ninguna duda, es un alojamiento para recomendar y un lugar al que regresar en la Puglia.

Had the wonderful taster menu dinner . Was staying near by and my son told us to visit for dinner after they stayed there last year. It was a fabulous dinner highly recommend the hotel . The owners were amazing very helpful and the staff too.

I have never stayed at a most relaxing, friendly, beautiful atmosphere, outstanding food Masseria as I have with my husband at Masseria Salinola. It was an incredible experience from the moment we arrived until we departed. It was almost impossible to say Arrivideci. We will lost definitely visit this wonderful place again.

It’s hard to describe how wonderful was our experience here. My husband and I needed quiet after spending a week touring with my sister’s family all through Rome, Assisi, Siena and Florence. I was a little nervous when we pulled up because I had pictured it in the countryside and it was located in a suburban neighborhood. The second we went through the gate, it was like we had entered an oasis of peacefulness. The property is beautifully arranged and such care has gone into how it is decorated. The buildings themselves are just gorgeous. The hospitality was the perfect balance between giving us privacy, and being there for anything we could possibly need. We ate magnificent dinners two out of the three nights that we stayed and the fresh, delicious, creative courses were just fabulous. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the freshly cooked eggs were perfect (poached were my favorite and they are hard to get right). Fires were burning inside and fire pits outside in the evenings, which created such a comfortable and romantic atmosphere. Had a fabulous massage too. Could not rate beautiful Masseria Salinola more highly!

We spent one night at the Masseria Salinola, and had a wonderful time there. First, while we had booked a classic double room, our room has been upgraded for free. It was a spacious one, lovely decorated in a Mediterranean style. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay in Puglia, with everything you need (they even have a gluten free option). The dinner (50€/pers) was delicious as well. The outdoor area is beautiful, from the pool side to the garden, and even more at night with the fire burning next to the outdoor dining area. We loved the place so much that we wanted to keep a souvenir, and bought several of their homemade olive oil. We will de finely go back to the masseria for a longer stay.

This place is fabulous. The staff are so sweet and helpful. The rooms are lovely. The food is delicious. A huge pool and beautiful setting for your amazing breakfast. We hated leaving! All of your needs are met and more

We had an exceptional stay at Masseria Salinola. The Hotel is superbly managed. Everyone who works at the Hotel is delightful. The room was large and comfortable. The team recommended a number of terrific trips through the day. The highlight was dinner. The 4 course dinners delivered the best food of our trip. We intended to eat around the area but ended up eating 3 straight nights at the Masseria - the food was sublime. This was a brilliant choice all round. We highly recommend Masseria Salinola and look forward to returning soon. Geoff and family

We visited in March of this year and stayed at the property and Loved the whole experience. Back in Puglia just now we had to dine with them while in Ostuni. The 6 course meal is magnificent and the beauty of the restaurant is unmatched. Several generations have owned and operated the whole operation and the pride and attention to Every detail is self evident. Treat yourself to a rare experience. Bravo Daniela and family!!!
