"Nos habíamos reservado en el hotel junto con mi madre de cuidadores, pero lamentablemente no se había hablado de la accesibilidad de los habitaciones reservadas antes. Pero nos ofrecieron una habitación mucho mayor para mi madre, al menos así se adaptó con su roller. El baño no ofreció acceso justo a los discapacitados y tuvimos que comprar un asiento y un ascensor en un sanatorio de Lübeck, y eso fue lo que sucedió. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno buffet realmente excelente! Aquí se adaptó el servicio y también para los cuadrados el hotel es el mejor para las personas con discapacidad de caminar, no más. El garaje proviene de un momento en el que los coches se construyeron mucho menos, se han clasificado mucho para poder volver y avanzar. En cualquier caso, para el precio-rendimiento tengo que deducir puntos, hay que esperar más."

"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

"We stayed at the Gran Belveder for two nights in February 2026 and left with very mixed feelings. We found the location directly on the Baltic Sea to be a very positive aspect, as well as the opportunity for hotel guests to enjoy the Baltic Sea thermal baths for an hour each morning without other visitors. Unfortunately, there were several issues that prevented us from visiting this hotel again or recommending it. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was rather limited for a five-star hotel. Dinner was also adequate, but nothing special. We therefore ate our second dinner out. Our room was very dated; there was no sign of the high-quality furnishings we've come to expect from other five-star hotels. We were glad we booked in February, as air conditioning is only available in the suites, where dogs are not allowed. With climate change, it can certainly get quite hot in the summer. However, what is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category is the shower enclosure consisting of a curtain and the either non-existent or malfunctioning ventilation in the windowless bathroom. The crowning glory was the completely stained carpet, which desperately needs replacing. I didn't want to walk there barefoot, as it was quite disgusting. All in all, the Gran Belveder certainly has its merits, but compared to other hotels in this category and price range, it definitely deserves one star too many, and even two in terms of the bathroom, and the flooring leaves one speechless."

"La habitación 4 tenía un armadura en la parte delantera del edificio, un espacio muy agradable! Ambos hemos dormido muy bien. Las ventanas están protegidas por mosquito y se mira desde allí al armadura delante de la puerta. Genial: en el piso hay un refrigerador muy cuidado, grande que todos los huéspedes pueden usar ... La comida, los medicamentos y el refrigerador me permitieron almacenar allí por la noche. El personal no sólo es amable, sino muy bien realizado! Muy bien! ¡Volveré!"
