"We've stayed in an apartment at Weissenhäuser Strand several times now. The location is nice, and there's no shortage of activities. However, that's pretty much where the positive aspects end. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. At night, you're kept awake by the noise level of intoxicated guests. Good service means addressing guests' concerns. But, just like our previous visits, our feedback was ignored this time as well. They're simply trying to make a quick buck off vacationers here. This was definitely our last time."

"Es un hotel excelente con una ubicación excelente, pero la comida es mejor. Hoy en el techo mi esposa estaba ansiosa por sushi y quería un corte de ternera, desgraciadamente el servidor vino con el mensaje ternera es de 🤔 Sábado 18:00 ternera si no hay sólo peces y carne de vacuno. Muy débil para una casa de 4 estrellas. Entonces, como chef de cocina, habría ido a comprar otra vez si el proveedor no puede entregar. Aparentemente, aquí se hace servicio de acuerdo a la regla sin ninguna pasión. Esa fue la peor impresión de la casa que hemos visitado varias veces desde 2015, pero hoy ya lo hemos oído de alguien más. Lamentable que los huéspedes no sean lo más importante."

"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

"Nice hotel on comfortable location. Spacious rooms with well equipped bathroom. The restaurant is a welcome addition. We had dinner which was great. Breakfast is good too. Only two things were a reason not to give a five star rating: the host at the reception and during breakfast was not very representative (wearing clothes with texts that could scare clients, wearing slippers (barefoot) and not being very friendly). The owner is very friendly though (great contrast with the guy at the reception🤔) The second thing were the beds..pretty hard mattresses which gave me a bad night rest."

"Arrived early evening and room cards waiting at the door. No staff on at night. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Staff more than helpful and efficient. Had a small booking problem (my fault) and it was cleared up in seconds. Must be a great place to stay in the Summer. Breakfast very good and reasonably priced."
