Sun Retreats Westward Shores ★★★

📍 110 Nichols Rd, Ossipee

"We have been staying at WWS for years coming back because of the great amenities and cabins and overall great experience in the past. This year I was disappointed in the amenities that have been taken away while the price of the cabins continues to increase. Trash removal is not longer available, snack bar was closed, the store is closed on Mondays, the outdoor pool was closed for 2 days of our trip for maintenance, the outdoor hot tub was closed the entirety of our stay. Linens are no longer available to rent. There is no longer cable in the cabins and our cabin didn’t have a remote to turn on the tv. I’m hoping that sun resorts will bring back these amenities that made staying here so great. Especially if they are going to raise the prices from $426 to $626 a night for the summer of 2026."

Sun Retreats Westward Shores ★★★
"We just returned from a week at Westward Shores and even though we had a great vacation we were really disappointed with the lack of amenities this season. They no longer offer linen service , trash removal, WiFi, or cable. They took away the hot tubs at the cabins. The outdoor hot tub was still broken and the outdoor pool was closed for a couple of days during our stay. Our cabin was filthy, dog hair everywhere and I had to wash the floors upon arrival. The laundry facilities had multiple broken units. The snack shack was closed and we had planned on ordering dinner there a couple nights. The store hours were limited and the store staff was less than friendly. We love our yearly vacation here and would have overlooked a lot of these issues had they not almost doubled the price for next year. If they are going to increased the price, they need to increase their offerings, not take them away."
