"Un poco lejos del centro, pero con un buen ambiente y un buen hostal"

"El desayuno es saludable, el hotel está situado en un camino, el transporte es conveniente y hay bebidas gratuitas para beber! Cuando se va, se llevó todo. El hotel está en tres pisos, la mayoría de los servidores pueden comunicarse en inglés."

"Muy amables en recepción y buena ubicación"

"Nice small hotel. Price quality is ok . Very clean and silent. Friendly service and Budweiser at 140 soms .And easy parking. A little out of the center. 30 mins walk but Yandex is very simple to use. View on the mountain with the museum. If you have it at around 40 dollars ( genius level) you are ok"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of working with Jannat Hotel & Resorts, Osh, Kyrgyzstan, for airline crew accommodation and airport transfer operations, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Managing airline crew logistics requires precision, flexibility, and the ability to respond quickly to last-minute operational changes. The team at Jannat Hotel & Resorts consistently exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to service made our operations run smoothly even during periods of frequent schedule changes and unexpected requirements. A special note of appreciation goes to Ms. Nurghazyevna, whose dedication, coordination, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She was always available to assist, proactively addressed challenges, and ensured that every request was handled efficiently and professionally. We would also like to recognize the Front Desk Team, who did a remarkable job managing crew check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and airport transfers. Airline operations often involve unexpected arrivals, early departures, schedule disruptions, and last-minute amendments, yet the team handled every situation with calm professionalism and outstanding efficiency. Their ability to accommodate operational changes at short notice was genuinely impressive. The hotel's service standards, communication, and operational support played a significant role in the success of our crew accommodation program. We highly recommend Jannat Hotel & Resorts to airlines, corporate travelers, and organizations seeking a reliable hospitality partner in Osh. Thank you to Ms. Nurghazyevna and the entire team for your exceptional support and hospitality. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
